I vacuum on hard floor and rugs, Battery lasts about 20 mins on normal suction or 6min on high, plenty of time to get floor clean. Very happy with performance.

So handy and powerful. Great purchase and customer service over phone was fantastic. Very happy so far and have had absolutely no issues. I can see why they are so popular and def worth the investment

I have wooden floorboards, tiles and carpets in my small house. We have pet birds and a small, short haired dog. Dyson V7 is portable and easy to get out (therefore used more regularly) although I didn't find the soft roller head (for hard floors) to be that worthwhile - mainly use normal brush carpet head instead of going to the trouble of switching back and forth. Short battery life is annoying as is having to hold the trigger continuously for it to work. It's also quite sensitive so you have to pick up larger items (eg. scraps of paper, leaves) as the vacuum won't do it. Extra accessory kit for cars was a useful addition to the included accessories.

I use it for areas my Miele upright cannot go, great suction and the perfect vacuum for under furniture, beds etc. would highly recommend as the second household vacuum for awkward places.

I use this vacuum for myself and in my housekeeping job. Used on all floor surfaces. Better than a cord pull along vacuum easy to charge and easy to use. The suction is amazing. I love it so much that i have recommended it to several people who all went out and bought one and they love it to. I didn't buy the V8 Dyson the vacuum heads are different and swivel around to much.
But the V7 is perfect Thank you Dyson!!

Love dyson stick, we hardly use the pull vacuum now. I personally love the max suction option which unfortunately doesn't last for long at all but very powerful. Would definitely recommend this it does the job.

Bought this to primarily clean car as older handheld cleaner was next to useless. Discovered that it is also very good around the home, and is now the only machine we need for our 3 bedroom home. 20 minutes run time sounds short but is actually plenty, and the max mode is hardly ever needed. Super quiet too on normal mode. Only criticism is it doesn't have a replaceable battery, so longevity may be an issue. For now it is on the money.

We loved this vacuum for a while. It was great as it was lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around the house but after a couple of months the head stopped spinning, we tried to fix it but nothing was blocking it from spinning. Then about a month later it started running out of charge really quickly. We would charge it all night then it’d only go for about 2 minutes.

If you’re going to spend money on a good vacuum then get yourself one of Dyson’s big ball corded vacuums. They work well!

Recently purchased on sale at Big W the Dyson V7 Origin (not the animal). Had previously had the V6 small one and found it hard to empty and the floor tool kept clogging up - well the V7 is so much better! The battery lasts for 30 mins on normal (have only had to put onto max once) - it is so much easier to empty with the pull up handle and nothing gets stuck on the floor tool.

Already a Dyson convert, I was looking for a lightweight option that also did stairs. The Dyson V7 is fantastic. Light, easy to use both in the stick function and without, it is great on tiles, carpet and wood floors.

This is FANTASTIC! We have a german shepherd and carpet. The Dyson V7 is perfect for our needs. It is powerful enough to pick up all the fur and dirt dragged in by our boy, has a really useful array of heads to choose from and is really sturdy. It works just as well on my tiled surfaces and makes cleaning so much quicker and easier. Even hubby will use it! Loved it so much I bough my Mum one and my daughter purchased one after house sitting for us.

I use this on carpet, vinyl and tiled surfaces. It picks up everything. Strong but lightweight and has a decent 30mims if I run at full power. Collects cat/dog and my hair without any issues. Can't live without it now.

Upgraded from a DC35 stick vaccum, which we thought was pretty good. Got this bad boy home and charged and what a great little cleaner this is. We use this on our carpets and tiled floors and it is amazing.
Only negative is that the battery only lasts around 15 or so minutes.

Love this Vacuum cleaner. We use it on tiles as well as carpet and its picks up every speck of dust. I am asthmatic and have noticed a lot of difference with the amount of dust that has been removed. The cordless style is so convenient and easy to store. Emptying this vacuum is super easy as well. Battery doesn't last all that long on high suction but overall we have been highly satisfied.

We have a pug and thought this would be a good investment. It was. Excellent for quick clean. The only thing that was a downfall was the battery life. We have a 3 bedroom apartment and find we can’t do all rooms without it running out of battery. It does however collect dust very well.

I was given this as a xmas present recently and i em loving the ease of which to vacuum my house. It is lightweight with excellent suction and picks up everything. We vacuumed after the cleaner had used my older vacuum and it still found stuff to pick up. I really love it. Despite the 20 min battery limit it did my entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.

I hav two cats, one whose a long hair and sheds constantly. This has been the only vacuum I own that gets all his fur off the ground and doesn't need to be emptied every metre I clean! It's rotating brush and great sucking power cleaning up after my fur babies a breeze. It's easy to empty and clean, and while it does take a little longer to charge than other stick vacs I've had, it lasts 30min after charge, which is ample time to clean up after my pusses. Brilliant product.

The Dyson stick range of vacuums are amazing! They are light and so easy to carry around and go from carpet to hard floors with no problems. The power of the suction is awesome and pet hair and sand is no problem for this vacuum. Love it and have bought my son one for his new house and even he whips it out and does a quick once over - see even a young man can do it cause its not complicated or too much effort. Now thats a testimonial if you ever needed one!!!!
