Shannon was very polite and friendly. He did an excellent and very thorough job. He answered all my questions. Working with Shannon I am very happy to use this service again.

Alan cleaned my carpet and a large cream coloured rug I was thinking of throwing away. I am very impressed with his work. He was very polite and professional and the rug has never looked better. I will definitely book him again

Don't use this company as they are dishonest and don't do professional job. They quote cheap then they try to get it out from you when they are on the job. Their technician wrote a false statement in the invoice that I refused to clean a stain which he asked me to pay more money for it. This note in their invoice will cost me my rental bond. I called the company and asked them to remove the false note and they refused and they were very rude. Terrible job and terrible service.

Bryce from Electrodry did an amazing job on our carpets, he was professional, quick and arrived before our appointment time.

My technician was Shannon just fantastic. He turned up on time, we walked the house, I have 7 rooms, he explained what was going to be done. Once finished he showed me the results, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

Shannon made our old carpet look great. He was able to remove stains that other companies were unable to remove. He was very professional in his work and got on with the job at hand. Our carpets set a challenge for him which he tackled with ease. Thanks again. Certainly will use this company again.

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this Company.
To tell the whole story would be an epic novel. From their poor customer service and lack of consistent information through to their lack of carpet knowledge, they can only be described as amateurs. Their Internet site talks of specialised treatments and tools used (which did not happen).
Even after they agreed I had not received any reasonable service and had actually made my problem worse they refused to make good the situation.
They at least gave my money back which will not cover the cost I will incur to fix the issue.

Appointment was booked 1 week prior, the day before the appointment I received a call saying they would like to change the appointment time from 9am to 9.30am, I had no problems with this.
9.30am came and no one showed, i received a call from the technician saying he was running late and would be here at 10am.
10.20am came and still no one had turned up so i called the company saying i would like to cancel my appointment due to the following reasons.
Whilst on the call the phone cut out, i got a knock on the door a few minutes later (10.36am) it was the technician, I explained I was just on the phone cancelling my appointment and I told him it is very unprofessional to be turning up to an appointment 1hour late reeking of cigarette smoke

called edry agent and he attended property with 5 hours
quality of work was excellent and would be happy to use the service again

More than happy with edry cleaning that was done today!!! Carpets are like new, even got a stain out that has been there as long as the carpet has!!

First time have used E-Dry and were pleased with the job, and a very experienced and pleasant operator in Ollie to have in our home.

So very happy with the service. Two men who knew what they were doing - very professional. The carpets looked great after cleaning and I had the leather lounge cleaned and it looked amazing after cleaning. Would definitely use E-Dry again. Thank You for the great service.

Even though they estimate before coming I was expecting surprises but it was on time, on budget & first class quality.
