Lease number 4 with easifleet
I have read the previous reviews and was gob smacked, Every lease I have had with Easifleet has been fantastic. I too had a flat battery at 7am in the morning and Battery World had me going within the hour, My Wife's car was way over our estimated kilometres and Jason quickly re set the payments to sort it all out, Every time I lease a new car they have beaten all quotes from other companies, Every time I call I get straight through to my lease manager, I highly recommend, trust and love Easifleet.

Bitten twice
Returned vehicle at end of lease then got hit with $1500 in panel works for a repair on a repair I had previously got sorted from one of their recommended panel beaters. Apparently the works weren't up to standard and rather than make contact with me first they authorised the works and charged my account.

Pathetic Roadside Assistance
Good luck getting roadside assistance for a flat battery if you are an Easifleet customer. I am based in the ACT and the roadside assistance call goes to Perth. They tell me I need to call Batteryworld. Batteryworld tells me they do not support Easifleet. Easifleet have no customer service out of hours. Never going with Easifleet again.

Terrible from get go to end......
Initial Finance consultant was not upfront with the information provided to me and in fact outright lied to me about the insurance components of my lease. Advised me to purchase the vehicle I was looking at from the dealership he recommended - he received a kick back. Installed aftermarket products without my knowledge. BUYER BEWARE... If you are entering into a Novated Lease -DON'T... There are so many unexpected fees and charges and currently I owe more on my 2 year old vehicle than a brand new vehicle is worth and will never get my money back. Easifleet are not Easi to deal with. This whole experience has caused nothing but pain.

Terrible customer service and after sales support.
Customer service is disgusting.
Make changes to deductions without notice or communication.
Take weeks to respond to emails and even longer to follow up on anything.
I am stuck for the next few years. Do yourself a favour and AVOID!!

Use Easifleet at your peril (2)
I must agree with [name removed]. I had a number of sequential novated leases through Easifleet which seemed to go smoothly. On one car, however, I underestimated the kms and ended up with a deficit at the end of the lease (my fault). I was contacted by phone in the weeks leading up to the end of this lease to see how I would be paying this deficit.
I decided to purchase an older car at the end my last lease and was quite pleased to note that I had accumulated approximately 5k in excess payments. I have experienced the same delays as [name re...Read more

Use Easifleet at your peril!
Be warned if you are considering salary packaging a vehicle through Easifleet.
My 5 year lease expired with them earlier this year and I was looking to re-package but they simply would not speak to me in plain English when I asked them three times to tell me how much it would cost per month. They then said that as I had a large residual amount from my expiring lease, they would re-licence my car before the lease expired. They didn’t and didn’t tell me they didn’t so the first I knew was when I got a nasty letter from DoT telling me to hand i...Read more
n the plates. I emailed Easifleet to complain and never heard a thing back. The final straw was getting my residual money back. It was several thousand dollars and they say to allow 6 weeks to get it back. I believe this is excessive in itself but it actually took them nearly 3 months to return my money to me and this was only after numerous phone calls and emails to them. At no point has anyone ever apologised for their horrendous customer service. Yes, your package may run smoothly whilst it is up and running but good luck once the lease expires and you want to keep the car. You have been warned!Similar opinion? Useless
I took a novated lease through my employer using easifleet. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are slow unhelpful and for the last 18 months I have received misleading and incorrect information about payout figures. I would seriously think twice if they are the only option your employer provides.

Rubbish
I completed two online applications through Easifleet's website (for two different vehicles). It's been over a week and absolutely no response. Needless to say, I've gone elsewhere. It's becoming apparent at my workplace that their service standards are dropping as many staff have noticed the change. Very disappointing.

Thank you Easifleet
Leased my little red Toyota Corolla from Easifleet 2 years ago. Recently I had an at fault accident which is never nice. The team at Easifleet were fantastic, especially Tracey, who held my hand through the whole process and followed up with insurers and smash repairers when there was a lack of communication. Took my car for its scheduled service last week (all included in lease). Matt from Woden Toyota commented "Easifleet are my favorite to deal with". Thanks again for your help. I did not feel like just a number.

Love my Car!
Signed up to my first Novated lease in 2013 with Easifleet. The process was quick, easy and stress free. They arranged everything from test drives, negotiating the price of the vehicle and arranging delivery of my new car.
Even now, 2 years into my lease, I am finding the customer service to be as good as day one!
I will most definitely be using Easifleet again for my next Novated lease when the time comes.

Deceptive Underquoting
We signed for a novated vehicle lease in 2011 with Easifleet because the quoted monthly lease fee was much cheaper than the opposition. However, as the months past, the account debt ballooned, and they even accused us of overspending on the fuel budget and offered the opportunity to increase our monthly payments (perhaps this is their business model). When I proved that the vehicle was actually under the manufacturers fuel consumption figures, no reply provided. Eventually, we were left with an end of lease debt of several thousand dollars + GS...Read more
T. In hindsight, we would have gone with a realistic competitor's quote if it weren't for Easifleet's deceptive quoting. Correspondence has now degenerated to "refer to our terms and conditions" and debt recovery threats. I suggest you carefully scrutinise any underquoted lease charge or seek alternate finance for your new car. Correspondence was prompt Deceptive quoting left us in debtSimilar opinion?
