I changed my car rental plans as a result, and I’m glad I did. East Coast Car Rental has reasonable prices, good, quick service, and I was given a nice car. When I asked if they had adapters to charge my iPhone, they tracked one down and gave it to me at no cost!

The service to get the car and return it was really quick. I've rented the car in Auckland Airport and the free and prompt transfer airport-office and office-airport was part of the excellent service received. The assigned car was better than I had booked on-line. I used the car to drive around the NZ North Island during 10 days having no issues at all with the assigned car. When we decided to book the car in East Cost, we selected them due to the good price and the good feedback they had. Was an excellent decision.

Customer service was full on from pick up to return all staff were helpful and went the extra mile. The car was an automatic even though we had booked a manual. It was clean comfy and ran beautifully. We had it for 3 days and on returning we put less than $20 of petrol in it.

We hired a car for the day from Launceston. Picked up at the airport and driven to their centre, Our car was waiting and ready to go. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Car was in great condition, clean, smelt nice too!

Fast friendly service with well looked after vehicles at a good price. Only required a vehicle for a day to transport luggage and family from the airport to home so didn't expect much but received the full treatment. Very happy with their shuttle service from the airport to base. Driver very open and friendly and seemed generally interested in us and where we went on holiday. Front desk service was quick, friendly and efficient. The vehicle was new(ish), clean and tidy. Was shown around the vehicle to check on bumps and scratches. Returning the vehicle was just as quick and simple. Very happy!

The car was good, the people were good, the service was good. The only thing that is of some concern is understanding the call centre people. Trying to understand the accent in a busy, noisy airport is trying. Others have noted this to me also.
