Stay away from this auto dealer Sven Hills. Terrible service, the dealership makes you feel like they are doing you a favour by selling you a car. The VF series 2 Commodore SS I looked at was in absolutely terrible condition. Brakes were literally metal on metal and the steering column would have needed to be replaced. Bad customer service. Stay away folks!
Very happy with these guys
I bought a Kia Sportage from these guys. Had a few hiccups with the aircon but they kept at it till they got it fixed. I just want to thank Dave for his patience with me lol & a huge shout out to James & Simon - the mechanics that showed so much determination to get to the bottom of the issue & fix the problem. Thank you so much guys. Would definitely recommend these guys.
Soooo nice to have cold air.

Lowest quality of service, they won't standby their word once the payment is collected.
I bought a car & they agreed to do a spot damage on the rear bumper before delivery. Once the payment was fully settled they just hand painted the damage & left the car for collection which was costing me 72K!!
It's a shame on AHG Group to have this business under them.
Do your due diligence always check check and recheck-easy auto123 canningvale
Was looking at buying an VF SS Sedan from easy auto 123 canningvale.
Was told car had FSH but the Car was ex police with little service history (Book hadn't had all services stamped)
Service sticker from easy auto123 said next service due at 112,000klms but the car had 123,000klms on the clock.
If they had recently serviced the car the oil was still dark brown.
In saying that the amount of negative reviews have been put me off buying from them,
unscrupulous and poor customer service after sale of product
DON'T GO THERE .
Absolutely abhorrent! EASYAUTO123 Canning Vale- The manager should not have that title He is arrogant and showing very poor customer service.Go thoroughly into insurance cover they offer.
Not happy at all
I purchased my car from easyauto123 canning vale.
Before i purchased it i told them to replace the front windscreen as it had 3 spider cracks in it. They told me it had to go over the pits as the rego had run out. The windscreen was not replaced. so i had my DOT inspector check the car over. I was told the windscreen had several chips aswell as the 3 spider chips with 1 over 16mm diameter and should have been replaced aswell as the light bar should have a separate switch from the high beam and the rear view camera should be working these are a...

My car aircon heating does not work over two years ... and I had checked aircon by a auto aircon technician before came to this easyauto123 and technician comment my aircon has heating issue .but they said my a/c nothing wrong ! They never check at all . I argue with it .then They just add in checking result list this a/c issue by a receiption lady in front of me! Unbelievable !

Honesty is the most important thing, but you don't have.
Bought a car in Bne store with 2 keys, but one didn't work. Unfortunately I did not know before I paid. They tried to change battery but failed. Apparently this was technician‘s negligence, but they tried to explain this was not their fault, this dead key was like a complimentary(Come on! this is 2020 who will buy a car with only one key).No idea why they thought this key needed to be reprogrammed. They said they would arrange locksmith to do it, but I live in another city so I suggested that I found a car's manufacturer store in my city and go...t my key reprogrammed then sent them invoice. They said they would arrange it in my city and told me when and where the next week (staff asked his manager and replied me). After drove back, sent message to staff to push this as soon as possible because I needed back to work the following week and had a day-off in advance. BUT THEIR REPLY WAS NO, I SHOULD PAID EVERYTHING BY MYSELF AND THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT. Beautiful JOB! 100% Ture. Forgive my bad English.
Lie about the vehicles they sell!! Arrogant manager . Don’t want to help you after they receive your money..
Took the car back to their service dept twice in a week,Sold me a car with the wrong battery even tho manager agreed to replace with a suitable battery before purchasing. Recently Found out car was listed for a couple of outstanding recalls with Mazda Australia even after they have ticked off no outstanding recalls on the servicing book. Today I rang up DOT and they only received transfer papers today and vehicle was purchased back on 12/12/19. Avoid EasyAuto 123 Canningvale. On a positive note the Edgewater branch were a lot more helpful the guys from the service and the manager there was a lot more helpful when it came to replacing the battery. I’m getting the vehicle checked over by another mechanic. Can’t trust this company..
Sold me a car that they advertised as AWD and turned out to be 2WD.
I purchased a vehicle that was advertised as an AWD model. When I inspected the vehicle I sought confirmation that it was in fact an AWD model and the salesman assured me that it was. He went as far as to call a technician from the workshop over who inspected the vehicle and confirmed it was the AWD model.
Six months down the track I started to suspect that it was the RWD model and was able to confirm that this was the case.
After going back to easyauto123 in Canning Vale they admitted that the vehicle was incorrectly sold to me on the basis ...of it being AWD but have so far refused to provide a refund or provide compensation that reflects the price difference between the model that I agreed to purchase and the one I actually received. Now I'm stuck with a car that I don't want and will have to take the matter to court to get the compensation for my loss. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid these guys like the plague!
Great until they get your money....and then nothing.
Was great until the finance went through. Upon driving out of the dealership I noticed that the two way radio wasn't working....was advertised with the CB in it. The sales guy said...yeah all good, let's fix it on Monday. To cut a long story short I brought the car in Joondalup but went 2 times to CanningVale to have it fixed and was dicked around for 2 weeks. Eventually told that Canning vale couldnt help and that I would have to go back to Joondalup. So I contacted Joondalup about 6 times, spoke to various people. It has now been about 8 weeks and still not a single person has called me back. A serious bunch of crooks. Very disappointed. I'm just pray I don't have any warranty issues.
Terrible from sales to service!
From the beginning this place was terrible. We found a car online listed by this dealership, we got there it was advertised incorrectly and was not what we were looking for.
After big disappointment we wandered their large showroom and found a suitable car. We signed paperwork and paid a deposit.
I called for the next 2 days trying to get hold of the finance manager left numerous messages and never received a call back. Finally we picked up our 2015 Holden Captiva. Unfortunately we have had it back twice due to warning lights continuously ap...
Good range of vehicles and good sales service
I purchased an i30 last Saturday. The prices of a range of used vehicles were very reasonable. Michael and the staff at Easyauto were helpful and easy to talk to. They ensured that the process of buying a used car was very straight forward. The car was ready to pickup within the time-frame they promised. They are also provide good after sales care and servicing. David
After many months of saving, 9 days ago my son purchased his first car, a Mitsubishi Triton 4x4 and is still waiting to take delivery. He has been told he will probably have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday next week before he gets it without a reason why. Why does he have to wait 2weeks to take possession of a 2nd hand car?
Why do they need the car so long? What is happening to the car?
We were very happy with the sales staff but once he walked out the door after signing on the bottom line it has been nothing but poor to no response. Their website does not even provide ways to contact them other than by phone. Answered calls result in being told that they will call you back, which does not happen.
Very, very disappointing.

Questions & Answers
I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.
Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
