As first home buyers we were nervous on which builder to go through but summit homes made our journey extra easy. Special thanks to my sales consultant Shawn who went above and beyond to make this work with my financial situation. Only aspect I would have liked to be better was the actual design of the house. I'm in the last stage of construction and I can safely say I'm happy with what summit has done so far.

We wanted a quality home that stood out from the rest and building with Easy start we had that experience. From our initial meeting with Brodie Hawker, to pre start with Cerys Loader and having a brilliant building supervisor John Rees we couldn't fault a thing. We where very much looked after throughout the entire build with wonderful communication and employees of Summit who go the extra mile for their clients. With all our variations, and John Ress attention to detail we have definitely achieved our dream home. We can not thank the team enough for making this possible.Easy start will be highly recommended by us!

Workmanship has some flaws and need more attention to detail.
Good but could be better to put it in more layman terms in paper as some of us do not understand the situation until we see the actual built-up.
Customer service was good but would have preferred to deal with 1 person start to end of project.

Starting with the initial consultation in the show home through to practical completion our journey to build our new home with Easystart has been without issue. Having heard so many horror stories about peoples bad building experience, i'm pleased to say ours was faultless. From the new homes consultant, to contract administrator and most notably our construction supervisor, we were kept suitably updated at every stage and the standard of workmanship / professionalism was outstanding. I'd have no hesitation in building with Summit again, as they exceeded my expectations in service.

We are so happy with the finished product, and the process of building. Shawn Lewis was great, thank goodness we took his suggestion on land location and ended up with a bigger block for less $$$. Andrew Rose was a fantastic building supervisor, we really felt like he was working for us and he is committed to high quality workmanship. It has been smooth sailing through all aspects of the build and design process thanks to the dedication of the team at Easystart. Love the workmanship of our home, I would definitely build again through them.

I was so happy with how easy everything was to put together thanks to Kurt Behr and Gary Pope. Everything has been smooth and quick thanks to these guys. My Roof is just about to go on and everything looks perfect. Not to mention how tidy they're keeping my block I'm very pleased. Id recommend Easystart to anybody I know wanting to build a house.

From our first interview with Shaun Lewis through to our Site Manage John Rees and Contract Manager Cerys Loader, every question we had was answered and their help and suggestions were always welcome. Each one was always available when we needed them.

Our first contact with Easystart was with Shawn Lewis at one of the display homes. We had an awkward block which was proving difficult to find a house with a design we were happy with to fit right on. Shawn was happy to spend the time with us coming up with a design we were happy with aswell as giving us valuable advise and always finding the answers we needed to our questions. It was a great start to our build and was the reason we chose to build with Easystart

Had a few issues with the building process. Otherwise the build went on smoothly. Had some minor issues with the finishing touches (given it was a low budget it was expected). Had a bit of lack of communication from builder side during post hand over maintenance repairs but eventually got resolved so was happy in the end. Overall good experience.

When we walked into EasyStart's office and met Shawn Lewis we knew we would be building with Easystart. Shawn sat down with us and explained everything in good detail to help us understand the building process better. We discussed house designs and suburbs, eventually finding the best package for us.
The process has been good so far. We are still building so still have a few months to go and fingers crossed the rest goes as smoothly as it has so far. Dealings with Shawn, Suzanne in prestart and Noel our site supervisor have been friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend building with Summit's EasyStart homes.
