Love this site I have been sick and housebound. Wanted to have a pizza and logged on and found my favourite pizza place, placed my order and all good. I am going to recommend this site to all my friends.

We can no longer call our favourite Thai restaurant as they only take orders through this app. So we downloaded the app, ordered the food, then realised a dish was missing when we got it home. Again, because we can't call the restaurant we couldn't resolve it. We immediately sent a message to Eatnow. This was 8 days ago. They have not responded other than to say they would look into it, and haven't responded at all to follow up emails. Pretty terrible service and ripped off on our very first order. Not a good start.

Food came hot and tasty time, and delivered by a nice guy. Only minus, $7.00 for 3 mouth fulls of Bacci ice cream? I feel bad when I have no change to tip. Maybe eatnow could add the option to an other wise great service.

I have EatNow as an app on my phone, it’s very easy to use and a bonus having various ways to pay. My order and confirmation text/email were received very fast.

When I’ve used EatNow I’ve always gotten exactly what I’ve ordered when I’ve ordered. My Marie’s Pizza is always fresh and ready for me when I pick up. Will confidently use again.

Received order as promised, food was on time and arrived fresh enough considering travel time. Some potato cakes were oddly small and we were short 2 dimmies but got us put od trouble - would use again.

Had a bad experience last night. I ordered and paid online and got a text and email confirmation. My husband went to pick up and they hadn't got the order. The shop owners are absolutely fed up with it....has happened numerous times. So we got our food nearly an hour later. Not happy. Will ring store direct in future.
