Great service, great food and delivered earlier than expected. Makes life easy on those days when you run out of time to cook - pick up the phone and order whatever you fancy.

I get eatnow dinners several times a week for last few years. Every few orders I get a system failure where I have to contact support. I don't blame support but the company. Support DON"T take my order. All they do is tell me they will help me fix it. I do not want help to fix their problem! I am customer, I use PC win10 or Android and All I want is dinner! EatNow does not seem to be able to provide a reliable ordering system. FAIL!

They have zero respond
Staff don’t provide full name and if you not happy with restaurant they don’t take do anything, customer service is so poor and they waste your hour after you wait for your food so

I always order only with this restaurant but this time food was not good specially fish there was a smell in fish couldn’t eat and also in paneer makhani feel like too much sugar this time bad exp I should try other place next time

Morningside Thai was not the treat I expected. Order for me and the other 8 people waiting for t/ away was ridiculous. The food was TOO HOT to eat the Jungle Curry and it was just clear tasteless hot w water. Tofu deep fried was so bland and wrong texture. Pad Thai vegetables dish was was flavourless. Rice was fine. Too many amazing Thai restaurants to give this one a try. Miss it.

Usually meals are pretty good but order was ready half an hour late, mild curry was way too hot and satay’s were cold and chewy. Just a bit disappointed this time.

Like the ease of the online menu, ordering is a snap, food is hot when you pick it up, simple solutions are always the best, food was excellent, will be back

The rice in the fried rice was hard and undercooked
The spring rolls were burnt and the quality of the meat in the dim sims was like dog food. The Tom yum soup was over seasoned and salty the pad Thai I personally didn’t taste but was told it was disgusting the yellow curry was not impressive in anyway I had one bite of each dish only to be further disappointed

So good when you want quick easy no stress food, delivered on time and so yummy. The app is easy to use. Wish I'd discovered it before. 10 out of 10.

Just the thing - for relaxing at home - with a meal that has been prepared and cooked at restaurant and delivered - right on estimated time - correct order - and yummy.

Used the EatNow app to order through Wokitup- easy enough to use, but I could only select one vegetable to be in my noodle box!

Thankfully I could work around by putting my selection in the ‘comments’ section.

I've used eatnow.com.au a few times now & always find it very easy to use. The order is always right & delivery is always good.

Easy online ordering, always ready at pickup time, food always hot and full of flavour, great takeaway always fresh, never disappoints.

Website was Very easy to navigate and order. Would recommend to anyone at this stage to use as an ordering service

I found the app easy to use and the delivery was fast. My only negative is that my gate was left open and I have a disability and little dogs. Our delivery driver was polite and besides the gate we will use Eat Now again.
