The panels have been of high quality, and we're very happy with them.
Eco online have been great to deal with. We ordered multiple 10W panels, and they contacted us soon after to let us know they didn't have that many in stock and offered to send some 20w panels instead at no extra charge.

If you are reasonably handy it is a simple product to install and all the parts needed to complete the installation were supplied. The supplier was very helpful when I had a technical question

Wish it worked. Minor warm water came through. Doesn’t warm the water past 20c which is not much past base temperature in the sub tropics. Costs a lot of money to setup. Extremely complicated.

Purchased a solar panel and DC pump from EcoOnline in October 2016 and still going strong.

The panel needed to replace half of a Primus folding 80W pair, EcoOnline measured it for me and the dimensions fitted ok. It was a matching pael to the original worked perfectly.

The Vertex kit was reasonably easy to install for a competent handman. The plumbing and wiring instructions were clear to follow. We now have a hot spa from October to April without turning the electric heater on (except in very cold or cloudy spells). This is in Melbourne and has had no problems in 4 years.

Simple to install and a quality product. Installed a whole new system on our houseboat as our old panels were getting tired. We can now use as much 12volt power as we want each 24hrs and the system recharges thru the day. Delivery was also great all the way up to the Northern Territory.
