We had an OK experience throughout pre construction but unfortunately the end product just wasn't up to standard

We are finalising all PCVs before the build can start. My main grievance is the quote we received far exceeds the provisional allowance we put in. We put in the provisional allowance under the guidance of their sales rep, and we told her exactly what we wanted. A couple of examples, we told her we wanted wide engineered timber floor boards throughout except wet areas, and she told us $12k should cover the upgrade. I had high expectations with Eden Brae after working for a home builder myself. As always the sales staff were professional and extremely helpful, showing flexibility and design to give us the home we love.
