Building with Eden Brae - A Wonderful Experience
We chose Eden Brae as their home design/range appealed to us over the competitors. The Eden Brae team have worked in closely with us prior to the build, Samantha Skrzypiec is our customer service administrator and has patiently guided us through all the necessary steps prior to the build.

experience and his brickwork is very impressive. We also contribute a large part of this smooth build experience to having a fantastic Site Supervisor, David Elliot. He is constantly updating the build schedule with us and is quick to answer any questions we might have. He encourages site visits on a regular basis and keeps us well informed. My house progressed quickly with the expertise of Jay organizing all the trades.
Eden brae provided a great house and were quick and helpful throughout the whole build process, my site supervisor Jay was great and always willing to talk to me even long after he should of finished for the day. I couldn't recommend EBH any more if i tried. He even answered questions regarding building code etc post build.

Excellent experience of my building construction
Excellent organization and onsite management of my building construction by Jay Dunstone and team. Throughout the eight months of construction, the construction team always kept in touch with us and made sure we were well informed with every stage. Very satisfied with the quality of construction and overall planning. Definitely will choose Eden Brae Homes again in the future.

Eden Brae - Elara Marsden Park
Overall we are very happy with the end result, our Supervisor Jay Dunstone has been very helpful and extremely approachable and responsive during the build process and now also under the maintenance period. Daniella in the office I also hold in high regard as she was very helpful & professional. The workmanship with the painting is extremely poor but given we are now under the maintenance period I am of no doubt that Jay will make good as he has always done in the past.
Had a leek in the en-suite and they resolved my issue first thing the next day, as a whole the entire family loves the new house especially our two daughters who love their new rooms.

Great first home build experience
I would like to thank Eden Brae for a great experience so far. Choosing everything was a bit overwhelming but the staff were very helpful and supportive.
Having a Customer Service Administrator was so helpful and I have appreciated all three of the ladies who helped me especially Joanne Forest’s patience, understanding and support very much! Thanks Joanne!!

Administration
The service that I have received through Admin area was good, correspondence and email were answered promptly and within a timely manner.
The reason I have given a four stars review was because during the colour selection process, the one thing that was very important to me was the appointment for lighting of the house. I did not get a chance to sit down with the consultant due to an unforeseen reason which I have explained to the reception but they were unable to fit me in for a different time slot, instead everything was done through email which i find quite confusing and disappointed.

Went nice and smoothly.
Through the building process and now post construction period, all has been quite smooth, both our customer representative and site manager were very attentive and quite quick to respond to all our questions and inquiries! I would highly recommend Eden Brae for the quality of workmanship! Our final purchase price was extremely close to initial coatings, there were no hidden costs or surprises.

One of the easiest things I have done
Who would of thought you would make friends with the people building your house. My story with Eden Brae starts back in 2016 walking through multiple display homes. orking very closely with Bede and taking on some of his own designs we finally drew up the floor plans of my dreams. Come about 2.5 years of delays not due to anything to do with Eden Brae, Stupid land registration and my motivation has all but left me for this build. I finally got the email to come into the head office for my colour selection :D. Now this is the part where people freak out but for me i've had 2 years of visits to this place and designing all my upgrades, My advice is use your floor plan to work out all your electrical upgrades and make sure you know what tiles you want. You then just focus your colour scheme on that. Since i was so organised i was lucky enough to do both Day 1 and Day 2 activities during my first day. Meeting some really awesome people and just having a good time and i explained all my fun and what i thought was cool ideas. My colour selection expert Shannon made my day super easy and here was a surprised she even saved me money by offering me a different front door upgrade that was larger then the customer door i was looking at and almost identical, talk about customer care over profits. It easy to get overwhelmed with all the options you are given but stick to your gut and use the experts. They are there to help you not try and force you into upgrades The next two people i can't thank you enough, My customer service administrator Johanna was with my the whole journey. Any question and god there was alot of them she would have an answer for me within the day. She took the time to really explain some of the more difficult wording and made sure i wasn't left guessing. I honestly have never felt so cared about when dealing with a company that has some many other clients. I felt like i was the number 1 priority at all times. My Site Supervisor, more like my site superman, from day 1 it was made clear that i wouldn't have to be chasing this guy for anything. Jay took the time to introduce himself over the phone and in person on site. He quickly worked out i hate phone calls and we spoke mainly through emails and text. Jay would send me a fortnightly update with a list of what has been completed and his plan of attach for the fortnight coming but would answer any question and share with me any milestones. I think he was more excited then me when the tiles where first laid in the bathrooms. One of my more thought out choices. I honestly dont think he missed one dead line over the 7 months it took to completely finish my house. I saw Jay as more of a friend then just someone building my house. He took the time to get to know me and developed his own attachment to the house. We ran through my floor plans in details so he could really understand what i was trying to achieve and when i added in some last minute LED lights to my kitchen he was quick to adjust and get it all sorted before we finally took the keys. Jay Really showed a care for my house that made me believe he was building a house he would be proud to move into. Sometime i even thought he would move in. At first i thought this was standard but working in a retail shop close to a high demand new suburb i get to hear all the stories of other peoples and there builds. the horror stories some of them tell make me wish they had someone like Jay to support them. I have now been living in my house for just under 4 weeks and I Haven't been forgotten both Jay and Johanna have reach out to make sure Im enjoying myself and any defects that slipped through were fixed within the day. Jay even said he is keen to see the house once landscaping is done and we have finished the move in. Talk about above and beyond customer service. Amazing customer service!
As a first home buyer, me and my wife were worried about the pre-construction process. We thought that it is too complicated and might get lost along the way but thanks to Emily Waters who made it so much easier and stress free for us. Guiding us step by step and making sure it happens in a timely manner. Her great communication skills, attention to details and good attitude made our experience even better. Site Supervisor and Quality of Build
I just want to state that we highly recommed building with Eden Brae homes and a big Thank you to our site supervisor David Elliott for being absolutely fantastic. He was always contactable and very prompt and all issues were resolved very quickly. Our CSO Johanna was also fantastic and very prompt and all matters very attended and resolved quickly! The house looked far more amazing then we had hoped and the quality of build was fantastic. We would gladly build again with them and highly recommend to others going forward.
