We are only at the initial start of the build, but to date it is being well managed.
The workmen to date have been very efficient, and have been happy to answer questions and explain the details to us.
Our customer service administrator, Joanne Forrest has been well above our expectations, in resolving a couple of issues, which occurred pre build. We were kept informed, and alternative solutions were put into place.
At this stage our overall experience with Eden Brae has been excellent, and we look forward to working with our site supervisor Mark, to obtain the high quality build that we are looking to achieve.
We are not at the final cost stage yet, to do an evaluation.

The fear of building a house was put to rest by our construction supervisor David Elliot. He is always there to explain every doubt we had.
Professional, Polite & very pleasant. Tries to make time to meet even after hours. Peron with great eye for detail and has a practical approach which helps us to better understand and decide. Has ensured that we have been kept up-to date about the progress. Highly recommend eden brae and David Elliot.

As second time home builders we were expecting a lot of the same stress we had the first time around with our previous builder. We were pleasantly surprised from the first time we walked into the display home at Thornton, we experienced no pressure sales and nothing was to much trouble. We thought things couldn't get any better, then we meet Skye. We came across our first lot of stress trying to deal with our mortgage broker and Skye was Supportive, Understanding and able to provide all information required as soon as it was needed. We cant thank Skye and the team at Eden Brae enough for getting us through to this stage, and are looking forward to the next stage ahead of us.

As first time builders it was great that we were stepped through each stage of the pre build experience..all our questions and changes were acted on and amended fast. Our estimates were accurate even with the changes we did to the initial design plan. The customer service was excellent always contactable generally via email. My partner and I went into this process not really knowing what to expect. Jessica has assisted us in every step of the way and couldn't have been more helpful. This made the process very easy and stress free! I would not hesitate in recommending Eden Brae to family and friends.

The gentleman who works in customer service center and the consultant Dane helped me out when I need advises before purchasing a vacant land.
They helped me out even I'm not sign with them yet.

This is our first house, so we were bit worried about all unknown procedures and unexpected things but Eden Brae staff made it very easy for us. We were getting weekly notifications from onsite and office staff of what is getting build and what should we look for.

The staff handling the purchase of my house and land package have been very helpful and reassuring in regards to my purchase and currently the construction of our new home. From the moment I came to see the Livingston 21 MK3 I knew it was the home for me. Matthias was very helpful and addressed all doubts regarding the purchase and details. Lisa guided me through all the details and modifications I required as well as supporting me when I had some doubts regarding the purchase time. The length of time for exchange of contract seemed to take to long. Steve the build manager has been prompt and efficient in advising me of the stages the erection is at and am very pleased with the Eden Brae staff.

This is the 3rd house Ive built but the first with Eden Brae. EB are extremely professional outfit the whole process from start to finish was well managed. Big thank you to Debbie & our site supervisor Ben Page who took over early in the project in a seamless transition and was very customer centric with proactive and open communication. Doing a KRB with Eden Brae, just released to the construction phase. At this point I would like to provide my feedback in regard to the administration process. We started planning for the KRB in Feb. this year and were bit apprehensive of the process that got alleviated once we decided to go with Eden Brae. I would like say thank you to Joanne Forrest and Johanna Van Doorn our customer service administrators for providing exemplary customer service during this period which exceeded our expectations. They were very supportive, quick to reply the queries with full detail which was helpful in relieving the stress of building a home. I'm confident that we'll receive similar level of customer satisfaction during the construction phase as well.

Justine was kind and understanding, and was happy to answer any questions we had regarding anything pre-construction. She was easily contactable and guided us through the process to commence the build of our new home.

Our SS Scott was very accommodating and easy to deal with. He definitely helped us through the whole building process with ease. His knowledge and attention to detail was second to none.
The job was finished to a great standard, with only a couple of defects needing to be fixed after handover. Overall, very happy with the entire building process from start to end.

Cannot recommend Eden Brae enough, and we love our new home!

We were very nervous about building a home of scratch at first but the whole construction process from selection to build ran smoothly and each step of the progress was updated to us directly. We were satisfied with the management process. We were lucky with our supervisor who gave us confidence in building with Eden Brae Homes. The construction completed earlier than our expected date which was great! There were no delays. All queries we had were answered promptly by the supervisor and regular updates were provided. If we were to build another place we would go back with Eden Brae again. Thank you!!

being a second home build, we were given more options and further detail on what is expected during the construction progress. Starting from a basic build is excellent as it allows us more control over where we want the variations to have priority. Kayla has been good to follow through on our enquiries promptly and in detail. We will be shortly entering the construction stage with confidence knowing our expectations.
