Edible Blooms

Attempted to order a donut bouquet online however was not able to process it to the delivery address I needed via online process.
Spoke with Jemma via the online chat who was incredibly helpful, contacted me via phone and processed the order for me.
Cannot speak highly enough of this company. Doing a fantastic job with great service in incredibly difficult and testing times.

I requested an order for same day delivery at 1.47pm and it was delivered by 4.30pm that same afternoon. Kudos to all the Edible Blooms customer support staff - fantastic service, couldn't be happier.

I ordered a Large "Strawberry Classic Heaven" for my daughter's birthday and wanted to collect personally rather than have it delivered. I needed help to do this and went to the online chat function and was given superb service. The website is user-friendly as it is but with Jemma's help for the "outside the box" request, the experience was very pleasant and painless.

I thought I would surprise my friend for her birthday, typically I left it to the last minute to organise something trying to book the day before the special occasion. The Edible team member was so helpful, for someone like me unable to make a decision, they helped make it easy. It arrived on time and was just perfect, she loved it. Thanks for making it so easy to surprise my friend with something that totally WOW'd her. The chocolates tasted delicious too.

My friend loved the donuts. She was thrilled to receive the gift. She showed her neighbours when it arrived and hasn’t stopped talking about it. It was delivered on time. I would certainly use this service again.

Sending an Edible Bloom is the best way to brighten someone's day. The detail in the packaging, card, personalised messaging and of course the actual gift itself always delivers above expectations.

I paid additional money for guaranteed same day delivery and package never turned up. I would not recommend using Edible Blooms as they aren’t a reliable service. Unfortunately their terms don’t provide a refund if the package doesn’t arrive on time.

It was a beautiful arrangement to send love & sympathy in a time of grief. I would certainly use your service again, hopefully next in happier times. Thanks for your prompt delivery also.

I ordered the chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of bubbly for a friend and she loved it! Easy online ordering portal and the delivery was made within a few hours (paid extra for same-day delivery). The ice packs were a great touch to keep the gift of goodies cool and ensured they lasted the whole day inside an office. Have used Edible Blooms in the past and will continue to do so :) Thanks guys!

I was looking for my husband's birthday gift, and decided to order him an Edible Blooms gift basket. I ordered the Chivis Regal and chocolates with ice bucket.
It arrived overnight on the day I asked for, and was beautifully presented with gift card and ribbon. He loved it. Great choices on their site, and the payment option including Afterpay is great.
I will use Edible Blooms whenever I'm looking for a special gift.

I emailed Edible Blooms to try change the delivery status so that the item could be left unattended. While I didn’t hear from anyone by phone or email in the initial first 24 hours, I was contacted on the morning of delivery and assured that it would be amended.
The item was delivered in perfect condition by a wonderful driver - my father in law Is unwell with mobility issues, and when he stepped outside to collect it, the delivery driver came back down the driveway to pick it up off the floor to give to him to save him bending over!

I love every order I’ve had from Edible Blooms, the ice packs are a great idea especially over summer here in Perth. The donuts I recently ordered were fresh and tasty! 11/10 would order again.

The ordering was so ease, and I enjoyed the chocolates they were delivered on the right day .The ice block kept them cool, especially in this hot weather . No signs of melting

Extra. Special was the holders thatI have used and put glass prisms in the 30cm fit perfectly now I have a wonderful reminder of my chocolate bouquet
