Received quote and excepted .Said they would be able to do job on Wednesday and would ring beforehand they did. Arrived completed work and where very quiet board looks good and cleaned up after. Ash Picon and Elecfirst, who attended my property to carry out a job was fantastic. I was at work and had someone at the house with him, he was happy to discuss opinions over the phone and also send me all quotes at work before doing the work. Very happy . And great customer service.

Shlome was prompt and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Replaced all the downlight fittings in our office/clinic and was done before business commenced. We have used Elecfirst and Plumfirst several times and always found the service to be satisfactory.

I found elecfirst to be very professional and helpful they answered a lot of my questions and they did a great job replacing two smoke alarms, installing three ceiling fans, changing 16 down lights to the new led’s And replacing an exhaust fan. Daniel and his team where very friendly, I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am so grateful for the electrical assistance Shlome provided to us today. He was not on time he was early; that was a sensational and welcome start. He rang to give 40 minutes notice which again was re-assuring. And then when he got there he quickly worked out the issue and got on with the job. More importantly he was a nice bloke who was pleasant to chat with and very friendly. In this day and age of unethical people seemingly everywhere the greatest compliment I could give Shlome is that we trusted him. I highly recommend service of the nature we received today. We are most grateful to learn there are still honest people out there in tradie world.

Dale put in a new power board this morning and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job. I liked the fact that the job was done efficiently, that the reasons for the replacement were well explained as was how the circuit board would operate if there was a problem. My wife was most impressed with the clean up once the job was finished.

Only had two outside spot lights to replaced by new ones that I purchased, very simple job.
They tell you a fee of $49 is payable if you refuse their quote (wavered if you go ahead) but they won’t quote at all before hand so your stuck with the bill.
ElecFirst guy wandered around house trying to up sell switch board, indoor plugs and surge protectors.
They quoted $451 for the two outdoor lights (all of 15 mins work total) which I refused as was blatantly overpriced.
I have another electrician arriving this afternoon who quoted $180 over the phone for both. He asked for pics to be texted to him and how high lights were from the ground - simple and efficient as it should have been.

These guys are so efficient and helpful and came back out and fixed something extra that wasn’t there fault and didn’t charge. I would highly recommend them if need a job done with no hassles!
