Really professional from the first phone call to after the job was done. Ash came out the same day, arrived on time and did a great job without any fuss. Very reasonable rates. I will definitely use them again.

Called in to attend to a fault reported by tenant. Was late. Electrician told tenant property was unsafe and that he should not move his furniture in. Two other electricians from other firms declared property safe. Electfirst man's quote was very high. Electrician refused to change light fittings unless I paid for replacement of fuse box at $1900 first. Two independent electricians said such a replacement not needed. Declared oven to be replaced - oven works.
In brief was wrong, caused panic, quote was far too high, unnecessarily scared tenants, did nothing and charged for quote.

Call centre office staff very helpful when making appointment and tracking why the electrician was late.
