I loved it but returned twice

    published

Bought one, I think it was only 14v. Stopped working. Replaced under warranty, paid extra for the 18v and it died again, returned & got a different brand. I love the convenience & light weight of this stick vac but they just don't last.

    Purchased in May 2021.

Does a very good job in cleaning

    published

I have tiles floor all over in my house and the 2 in 1 vacuum does a very good job in cleaning. It is a cordless vacuum cleaner that takes around 30 minutes to charge. It is so nice not worrying about tripping over electric cords since I am such a clutz.

    very powerful suction

    published

Yes, it lives up to it claims.
Exceptional to maneuver on timber floor.
The dual use capability is excellent with accessories to reach hard to reach places. Because it sucks so well you have to empty out the dust bag after each use. In short it is value for money.

very handy vacuum cleaner, and effective!

    published

It is a cordless vacuum cleaner.
It is charged in its base (very small size as big as a box file.
It works of 20 minutes per charge.
If you clean you house now and then,
20 mins per charge is good enough.
The vacuum unit can be detached from the "bloom" enabling you to clean your car and under you table.
    It is very handy.
I should have bought it years ago.

You should be so lucky. LOL! Use another standard vac. and clean both the filters. Then give them a good wash in a mild dish-washing det. Rinse it. Let it dry.

You will need to ensure the roller is free to move. Use your fingers to turn it loose in both directions and try again. Unless your battery is old this typically happens when the unit is not clean or just after cleaning the unit

this is also happening to me even after I clean the rollers free of hair etc. the battery would be considered old, so how do you get a replacement batter?

It is not just a battery, it is a set of batteries soldered and wired together and it needs exact placement in the same location. Also, you need special screwdrivers to access the batteries. Try online and type in" Battery Kit Ergorapido". Hopefully you will find what you need. Good luck.
