It works very well
When you clean the filter, clean the roller. This vac works very well, the let down is the battery doesn't last long, at the moment I'm getting 3mins from fully charged. Such a shame when the vacuum works brilliantly.
Purchased in July 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for $250.00.

Why did I wait so long, love this
I have tiles, floorboards, carpet and this baby works brilliantly on them all. So quick for a quick tidy up before visitors, for the accidental spill.. It is always ready to go when I need it.
Have vaccuumed 1/2 of my large house (approx 35 minutes) and this baby kept going. Didnt push my luck any further - so put back on charge had a cuppa. Then finished the rest. Never missed beat. Love love love it.
Purchased in June 2021 at Harvey Norman for $199.00.

Easiest machine we have used & owned.
Terrific performance on all types of flooring (we do not have shag pile). Good power, at least 15 minutes on full power, quick charging, quiet & super easy to use. Terrific on wood & vinyl.
Purchased in February 2021 at The Good Guys for $140.00.

Out of order..due to battery
This review from Trisha F. is exactly what happened to me. I love the machine and it appears to be in excellent condition but battery life is DOWN . I returned to Bing Lee but they couldn't help as it was just over 2 years I have not overworked it and do like it but unfortunately is not working....
Purchased in September 2021.

Overall good but not so good for very small material
Bought this 6 months ago and it's been good so far. The 2 in 1 in very handy, the hand held vacuum is good for the car and is powerful to get rid of mess, but sometimes it takes a few strokes to properly get rid of the mess in the car especially on carpet surfaces. We use this for our wooden floor and it's been great so far. It's a light machine, not heavy at all. The only issue I would say is when the mess is light weight stuff like bean bag beans. The machine will tend to blow it away rather than sucking it in.
Overall, good for wooden floors and carpets BUT not good for very small/light weight particles.

Brilliant machine...
My Ergorapido battery life went down from 25mins to one minute, one month after the 2 year warranty. Up until then it was fabulous on carpets and my tiled floors. I asked The Good Guys (from where it was purchased), what I should do and they said there was nothing they could do. After reading lots of reviews I decided to email Electrolux. After not hearing back from them, I was contemplating buying another stick vacuum. Then out of the blue, I received an apologetic (for not answering) email asking me the problem. Long story short, they couriered a brand new Ergorapido and picked up the faulty one. I am delighted I have my trusty machine back again. Five stars for Electrolux for the service and 5 stars for the new Ergorapido...I love it

Very handy to have this Vacuum!
We purchased this vacuum as we have a large house and wanted something easy to use for small areas. It works well on our timber floor and also our carpet. We have a dog that sheds a lot of hair and this vaccum is power ful enough to pick up all of the hair. Our house is 25 squares and it vaccums the whole lot in one charge. I love the seperate Dustbuster that is great for corners & skirting boards!

Lightweight Maneuverable Stick vac
The Electrolux Ergorapido 2 in 1 is brilliant. It's light, good battery life and easy to empty and charge. It has a powerhead that can be switched off if desired, and it easily separates for cleaning and emptying, whilst the main unit continues to charge. I'd recommend this to anyone, especially those with issues moving a full vacuum around.

Can't Live without this product!
This is the best upright 2 in 1 I have ever owned.
The charge does my whole 2 bedroom unit.
Will work on carpet and tiles. I just love the led lights on the foot. Great for when you may have a dark corner or under furniture where you are unable to see. The only negative I do have is it doesn't hold a lot in the waste canister. Have to continually empty it.
Quite expensive also. However it's one of those cases where you get what you pay for.

Electrolux Ergorapido Games room warrior
Our games room is separate from the house and we needed to clean the hard wooden floors as we have ducted in the main house. Trying to find a cheap reliable and quality product is very hit and miss with stick vacuums, we eventuality went to a "Choice magazine review" and the Electrolux Ergorapido was in a reasonable price range and a selected model from the magazine. The vacuum was easy to assemble and comes with an excellent charging station and tools. The suction head has an optional rotating brush that we found that when removed allowed be...Read more
tter pick up of hard surfaces as we found the brush would flick and small objects like staples rather than allow to collect. With the vacuum on full power we are able to fully clean the whole games room (50 sqm) without recharging or loss of suction, but i do doubt the ability of the vacuum to run for 45 mins on full power.Similar opinion? It was great! Purchased 18-24mths ago but now charger does not last more than about 2 minutes. I wa
Performance good until recently - as stated, battery charge does not last.
Light, quiet and easy to maneuver reason I replaced this one with previous Tiled floors, lounge,dining/kitchen, sunroom, one bathroom, 1 ensuite, separate toilet. Carpets in main, second/walk in robe and third bedroom. Think purchased mid 2016 but cannot recall month I may be wrong. Sorry, no idea of measurements, believe rooms are normal size for a duplex with an extension - e.g. sunroom, ensuite,walk-in robe. Great cleaner, up until now and very disappointed.

works well
Easy to use - we use it on floor and shagpile at home and carpet in the office - could perhaps suck a bit better, but otherwise excellent and got it cheaply (ie $180). Easy to recharge. Might be better if the handheld attachment was built in. Lasts a decent amount of time before needing recharging. Use it all the time.

Perfect vacuum cleaner - very easy to manoeuvre
What this vacuum loses in suction, it gains in ease of use.
It's so quick an easy to grab it and whizz over a floor, that the regularity of vacuuming ensures your house is cleaner, than if you did fewer, more powerful jobs with a dyson for example.
Highly recommend.

Just OK..
Nothing special with this vacuum, although easy to maneuver as there are no wires around when you use it. It's a little bit too noisy and the suction strength isn't that strong on carpet.
With regards to the handheld vacuum, it's a bit hard to use as it doesn't come with a tool designed for cleaning..
For the price, I would say there are other better vacuums out there.

Not best on carpet
For the first few months I was happy with the performance however over time the suction of the vacuum was working to its full potential. I found that I would have to go over a spot on carpet several times for the item to be sucked up. The battery life also started to diminish. Overall this vacuum cleaner is good for tile or wood floors.

A bit disappointing
I got one of these for quick spontaneous clean ups and for carpeted stairs as I already have a very good barrel vacuum cleaner for major cleaning jobs. It has a handheld unit which can be removed from the larger stick unit. This comes with a small brush attachment which if you pull off the brush end, becomes a crevice tool - it took me weeks before I realised this, and in the meantime had had to leave behind all the dirt in the corners/crevices of the stairs.
I find it quite heavy to use in the full 'stick' set up and not easy to steer on ...Read more

Absolute rubbish, make sure you get warranty
These are absolute rubbish. We've been through 3 of them now, only because we luckily had extended warranty so they get replaced. Now the third is dead, this time out of warranty, so it's our chance to finally get rid of Electrolux in our house.
Battery life degrades over time, and then becomes completely useless.
Spend a bit more and get a real vacuum.

Love it!!
Just bought this little beauty to replace my good 'old faithful'. Just loving it. Easy to use, lightweight and great suction. Have used it on both tiled floor and carpet - not a problem for either. Even looks good whilst it's charging.Granted it's early days, but so far I'm impressed with this little gem. Love it!!

Electrolux Ergorapido 2 in 1
Love its ease to use however the on off button is too easily accidentally activated. Suction good, lightweight, maneuverable not overly noisey and good on wood floors as well as for a quick clean carpet. Using it on 4 brm 2 bath room house avwrage size Overall good

Really Quite Good
My Volta stick vacuum cleaner died and I needed another stick vacuum cleaner so I did research on Product Review and saw that the Electrolux Ergorapido 2 in 1 had quite good reviews. It is actually quite a good little cleaner. It took me a while to get used to how it moves around on the floor but now I love how easy it is to get in-between chairs. I use it mainly on hard floors and it is excellent but have used it just to take up some fluff on carpet and it does it quite well. I would not recommend it as being the only vacuum cleaner, especially for carpets but for hard floors it is great. I have the one that has automatic release of hair on the brushes and this works really well. Can recommend it as used above.

My ZB3113 Electrolux Rapido Lithium cordless vacuum will only run for two minutes before running out of charge. I've had it for maybe 18months to 2 yrs and a friend said all I need is a new battery changer. Is that likely to be the way to go and if so, where can I purchase one and for how much. Think the cleaner cost me around $250.00 Diane

I had the same problem. I got a replacement battery as it was still under warranty. That didn't fix the problem. They then gave me a replacement battery charger (the stand it sits on). That still didn't fix the problem. It seemed it must have been in the stick part of the vacuum cleaner. They then offered to replace the whole cleaner if I paid the changeover price of the latest model which I did and ended up costing me $43. Happy with new cleaner but it appears to be a general fault with this brand. I would recommend you go back to where you bought it from and tell them what's been happening.
Hi Sandi - thank you for this information. Unfortunately, now realise this was a replacement cleaner for the previous model which gave up the ghost completely. At that time like you I just had to pay the difference between what I'd paid in the first place and the upgrade and was advised I could not claim again. That was from Harvey Norman at Erina Fair, Central Coast. Guess I can try a replacement battery or purchase a different type of cleaner. Diane
Probably not worth changing the battery! buy a new one
