Major design fault, expensive mistake.
This would be a great oven if it didn't keep over heating. The oven regularly heats to around 260C with an error code. This happens when we use any setting other than fan heat, if we open the door to put something else into the oven and sometimes when there is more than one item in the oven. power if necessary), wait 5-10 mins for the oven top cool down then resume cooking. I was told that yes if probably was a design fault, but I have been given a fix, and basically told to go away. Really not what you expect from a $5000 oven. To be fair to Electrolux before publishing my review, I decided to give the product review product resolution a trial. I received an Email from Electrolux saying somebody would be in contact with me. That was over10 days ago, and I have heard nothing.........To me this just further indicates their lack of customer care.

I have already done this, are you a robot, as I am pretty sure it was you who responded when I tried the problem resolution.
Update have heard nothing more from Electrolux. The oven is not fit for purpose, I’m now considering legal action as they are not honouring product warranty and response is just not good enough
