You get a manual with your purchase but if you can’t find yours I’m pretty sure you could contact Electrolux and they could assist you in getting one.

What is the water usage in the EWW12753 in the dryer cycle?
3 answers
I honestly don’t know, it would be in the manual but I don’t have that on hand. I can tell you that my water bill consumption is low and has not changed since I purchased my washer/drier.

Where do I clean out filter after using dryer cycle?
4 answers
I only clean the bottom filter, (bottom left hand corner) I’m unaware of any other filters.
Yes I have been doing the same but where does the fluff go
With this type of washer dryer the fluff goes down the drain through the single filter. The fluff when damp does not amount to much so there is not much to find.

We purchased the 12753 yesterday. I had trouble starting the initial 90 degrees cotton cycle, which is recommended, as it would only drain, not start. I finally got it to run. Then trying to get another load through seems impossible, it still only tries to drain, but will not start, then comes up with error code E20. We have tried different heights for drainage, and we have emptied and refilled. Also tried to check filter at bottom. Nothing helps. Pretty poor for a new machine. What to do?

We have a limited depth (590mm) european laundry.
Can anybody confirm the complete depth at 585mm? - Bosch have a model they state is 590mm, but the cheeky SOBs don't mentioned that 590mm does not include the closed door!

I have tried to use the drying setting but finding whatever option I select they are still damp when it finishes. I was told by service agent that the clothes do not get warm dry like the normal dryer models, they will still come out damp. I don’t feel this is the experience with other people as their feedback shows they are happy with drying results. I am concerned that my machine may be faulty or do I believe service agent. Thanks. Help anyone?

I never use hot water but it seems these front loaders don’t do many cold washes. How much control do you have over settings?
1 answer
On the Cotton, Mixed, Delicates and Wool cycles you can choose cold water or warmer temps. The Quick 18 cycle is 30C. So in general plenty of control over temperature and also spin speed.

Can I use the drier on its own, without having to do a wash?

Is anyone able to advise on the average cycle time of just a regular wash? What about drying time? I see there is the 18min refresh cycle and a 60min wash+dry express cycle.

If you do a full load on the Cottons setting, with a spin speed of 1200rpm (the maximum), wash times are: Cold 1:30, 30C 1:40, 40C 1:45, 50C 1:50, 60C 2:00 and 90C 2:10. Drying times depend on what fabrics you're drying, but I find it generally takes less time than the machine presets to. Hope this helps.
Excellent! Thanks for this info. Have just bought one so let's see how we go!
