The robot gets all the way to the very last initialising phase but it wont connect.
Have had it on 2.4 ghz and tried dozens of times.
Should I return it or can you suggest something else I can try.

I bought it yesterday and the battery doesnt last even 45 min before it goes to charge also could not clean 140 m/sq in half day, Im thinking of returning or is this common issue, it cleans some areas of timber floor for 5 times

Maybe turn off and check for updates
if your thinking of taking it back i hope you didnt get it from harvey Norman. i took mine back after 4 weeks because sounded like it was going to blow up and was told they would have to send it away to get repaired. boy did i do my block. nkw getting it replaced. but proir to that it worked well went for 1hr a d 15mins

Bought mine yesterday but it won't connect. It asks for the QR code to be scanned but I don't know how to do that wheh I am already using my phone for the connect set up. Any hints?

No - we have the same problem. About to take it back as we've tried lots of different methods but it simply won't connect.

Why is my Irobot not mapping my whole house I have only had it 3 days but appears to clean the same areas and not make it to the bedrooms and bathrooms. My house is quite large? Any ideas?

My house is not even a large house and yet it cannot clean the whole house seems to run out of battery before it goes back to the charger

When it goes back to base to charge, all the symbol lights go off including the battery charge light goes off after a few minutes.
Q. Is it still charging as indercators on the phone app.?
It seems to run out of battery power before it gets back to the charging dock.
Q. How far away from dock can it be or does the mapping system locate the dock to re-dock?

You don't - the mapping is just to show you where the vac has been as far as I'm aware.

Does anyone have an issue with the i9 charging? Mine keeps saying it needs to be charged and then only charges for a minute before it says its ready.
