Elizabeth Arden Refining Toner

Gentle enough to use day and night and it takes of make up that is left behind and any other residue left behing. It leaves your skin soft. It is so good on your skin and feels so nice sometimes i tone twice as it just makes my skin feel alive. some toners are just like water being swept over your fce but not this one it leaves you wanting to come ack for more...Very unusual for a toner but i will continue to use this one also.
