Afterr reading all the reviews I was worried that they scam you and bla bla, they delivered my product in tact and to be fair I gave there customer service team a hard time (Dave) which I apologize for

I ordered online via Chemist Warehouse whilst in iso (I normally visit my local store). They advertise a same day delivery service but hidden in the fine print is you have to order Click & Collect then ring the store to arrange delivery by Doordash or Uber - and there is no free delivery for that if you spend more than a certain amount! (I also live 7.3km from my local store and they only deliver within 5km! Talk about no loyalty to a regular customer.) Was in ISO, did a heap if online shopping from different retailers, everything came in a few days, some earlier than expected. I'm out of ISO now, my EPharmacy parcel has been pushed out another week, so that we be 3 weeks from order date. If I'd known it was go I ng to take that long I would have just waited and gone to the chemist myself. Wouldn't use them again.

No product received Do not answer their website contact form. No phone number re complaints. Have been looked at by Office of Fair Trading

It was an online purchase payed $10 for quick delivery. But 4 days later. STILL WAITING. Don’t know the quality because it is quite “still coming”.

I ordered a product, then after reading reviews I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package within time frame. Excellent.

Take your money immediately but DON’T send your order - numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them - unable to contact via phone as number has been disconnected!!!

I too got caught out by this website and ordered an item last year which I never received! After numerous email got a reply asking for my bank account details so they can refund me. I asked them to pay the refund back into my paypal account.........no response!

Ordered product 8th January 2021 and payed via PayPal, to date product has not arrived (15th February). Contacted seller and received a generic answer, contacted again four business days later to complain again, same result generic answer. Have escalated now to PayPal dispute centre, they have sent a request for credit, to date no response from Discount e Pharmacy. All I can say after checking similar compliant's below stay well away from this organisation "Discount e Pharmacy.com.au.

Like the previous review about not receiving goods. I placed a order on the 6th December and still haven't received my order. I've tried to contact them with no response. I will be now contacting the ACCC.

I do not know how this business is still operating! They have not supplied my order and have not replied to the two disputes I have raised on their website!! I will be placing a complaint with the ACCC regarding this company and recommend anyone else who has had issues do the same.

I was so excited to see Discountepharmacy stocked a pregnancy tool I needed $100 cheaper than anywhere else. After making the sale I googled to see where it was shipping from to gauge a delivery time and stumbled upon the near 99.9% TERRIBLE reviews that this was a scam website. You can imagine my shock when 2 days after purchasing the product arrived and was exactly as described. I’d still be wary but for some reason I had a great experience

Discount epharmacy did not answer my emails or multiple phone calls or even acknowledge the dispute I raised with them on my account page. It took them 10 days to reply to my Paypal dispute I raised and actually tell me what the issue was with my order, which was supposedly waiting for incoming stock. My order finally came 6 days after they replied! Very poor customer service & poor communication. Sorry, I can’t be waiting that long for my supps when I spend $514. @ a time! I expect better service & will find it elsewhere.

I bought something from Chemist Warehouse website, and orders are fulfilled by ePharmacy. There was problem with my order that I want to talk to a customer service team. I listened to their music for 60 hours, no one attend.. I email to [email protected] email got bounced back. I was left in this black hole! Do not order anything from this company! Ruthless.

I purchased a 260.00 order as all the other people leaving reviews I never received the order, have phoned Now they have disconnected their numbers also Chem Max in Pitt Sydney, David Le a sole trader has gone underground and taken thousands of people money. I have made a claim with the Dept of Fair Trading although knowing they cannot enforce a refund I will then take him to the Tribunal. This man is a low life piece of S**** No emails returned No Contact Nothing
