Easy to use. Can carry baby in any direction with the 360. Baby often falls asleep in the carrier which is also great. Easily adjustable straps to suit any size person.

Nice Carrier
I love how simple it is to use. It does get a little uncomfortable after a while. It also gets a bit hot in Summer. In saying that I have been loving it and so has my heavy, slightly clingy 8 month old. It allows him to explore the world with Mumma.
Purchased in March 2021.

Easy to use
It's convenient and easy to use. Instructions are clear but if lost can find on Youtube for demonstration. Infant insert is needed for babies under 3 or 4 months old. We used it when go for a walk, travelling and shopping. Would definitely recommend if anyone not using a pram.

Horrible
Its cool but don't buy it for wanted walks out side. Forget about because able to out in on yourself with a jacket . I can't reach my hands to my back to buckle up the clip. And baby snowsuit is so uncomfortable in it. She's to big for newborn insert but to small without it her legs slip out the bottom and her legs are too small to hangout the side. It annoys the crap out of me I can't clip it myself it's so stupidly made.

Life saver
We loved the ergo. After reading all the new research about babies hips and correct carrier positioning it was an easy choice to buy the ergo original. We had 2 babies who loved being carried in the ergo. They also loved to sleep in it. Easy to use compared to some of the slings and wraps i had tried and failed to master.

Brilliant life saver
With a clingy first born who had colic this was a life saver. I baby wore him and was able to do things around the home and help my baby pass wind. Now with my second it been amazing I baby wear number 2 while engaging with number 1 and also doing things around the home. It's. A brilliant product easy to use and put on. It's a snug fit and both my boys loved it.

Ergobaby Carrier is the best!
We absolutely loved our ergobaby and used it until our babies were around 2 years old. It was durable, easy to clean and didn't hurt my back when I would carry the children for long periods of time (I have a bad back). We used the carrier in two positions - front and back. I did need help to get a baby in the carrier when I was using the back position but it's super easy to use when carrying a baby on your front.
We never used the Ergobaby Carrier for our newborns as I didn't like the newborn insert. We used a sling until they were around 4 months old and then used the Ergobaby Carrier.

Great carrier, easy to use
We love our ergobaby carrier!
Cons:
- fiddly to use with a newborn and a newborn insert. Baby didn't seem comfortable or big enough to use as a newborn (my baby was of average weight and height). We had to wait about a month before we were confident that our bub would be comfortable in it.
- Hot in summer. Bub didn't seem to mind though!
- Needs an infant insert - other carriers that I've since seen has most of the good features of the ergo without needing a fiddly infant insert.
- It's advertised as being able to breastfeed whilst us...Read more

om other customers in regards to the newborn infant insert. We acknowledge they can be fiddly to use with a newborn, however there are loads of tricks and tips we can share with you to make it that little bit easier. We have a fabulous customer care team who are always eager to help our customers understand the ins and outs of their insert. We also now have a carrier on the market that doesn't require an insert at all. It's called the Adapt.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

My youngest is 3 and still using it
I bought my ergo baby (original) when my oldest was 9months (now 4.5y/o). I wish I got it when he was younger! I originally got it to take on a trip for the airport but used it every. I found it was simple to you use and distributed the weight well and the boys seemed happy in it. I ended up getting the polar fleece, rain cover and bum bag attachments. When my second came along 9 months later it came even more handy and allowed me to run around with my older baby. I still use it now that my baby is three on bush walks!

Excellent carrier - so comfy!
This carrier was very comfortable, because most of the weight sits on the hips I could wear it for hours without getting a sore back at all. It was also great for my baby who liked being upright (so would be good generally for babies with reflux). The newborn insert was also good, pretty easy to use.

Loved it! Til bubs was 8kg.
I really loved the ergobaby carrier but wish i had of got the ergo 360, in all honesty. It has been invaluable to me for school drop offs and pick ups as I was able to take my child into school whilst being hands free and able to wrangle 2 other children. The carrier is comfortable and easy to put on, but due to pre-existing back injury I found that once bub was around the 8kg mark I wasnt very comfortable. I have kept the carrier though, as I think that when she is a bit older I will probably wear her on my back. I think she will enjoy looking...Read more
around from this position. If I had the sport I think she would love being able to face forward on my front and see the world. I also found that I couldn't use this carrier from birth, you need a smaller carrier for a newborn-3months. My husband does find it a bit trickier to put on than I do, as the back clasp seems hard to do up if you are wider. Overall, a great carrier, comfortable, padded shoulder straps, supportive waist band/strap, and fashionable design and colours. Would definitely recommend.1 comment

when you do have a pre-exisiting back condition any type of carrier can become less comfortable at a certain point, but yes, defnitely try again with your bub on the back when you feel she is old enough. You are able to carry baby on your back from 6 months of age and you may find it more comfortable for yourself. Just for your future reference, all our Ergobaby Carriers can be used from Newborn, you just need to use an infant Insert with them which are readily available through all our stockists. The infant inserts hold bub in a natural newborn position from birth up until around 4 months of age. This takes away the necessity to purchase different carriers for different stages. Just something to keep in mind in case you need to use it again in future.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Awesome
Fantastic multi position & I could carry my son in this til 3-4yrs old. Highly recommend it. We lived on a farm & made it easy to take him everywhere. He was a very heavy kid so this made it easier & so supportive for my back which was a massive plus

Ok, but not a must have item
I love carrying my 8month old up and close, but when I wear her on my front, the straps slip off my shoulders when she wriggles. 'Ah!!" You say, "just use the clasp to clip it together, and the straps will stay in place!" But if you're on your own it's very awkward to do because the clasp is on the side and my arms won't bend that far!
I like wearing her on my back, but if she isn't in a very compliant mood, or is a bit wriggly, it feels insecure trying to get her in the carrier. It would be nice if I could lay her in it first and actually d...Read more
o some kind of strap around her before I then try to lift her onto my back. In essence, this carrier is great when there are two people, one to act as a 'spotter' or to do that clasp up, and frustrating if you're on your own.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

ERGObaby Organic Designer Baby Carrier
We've been looking for a higher reviewed baby carrier and something lasting. We initially wanted the ERGObaby Performance, however the store in question ran out of stock and we ended up with the Designer version in the black and white spots which I'm sure might suit my partner's needs, however on a bloke like myself, its not that great.
I would not recommend the one we picked up to a friend, however in terms of the one we were looking at, we would. Cost wise, the Designer version is the most expensive out of the entire range, which makes me...Read more
wonder why. My partner wished that the baby carrier allowed the baby to be facing forward instead of front to the holder, but have stated that all ERGObaby carriers don't have that option available. When we purchased this carrier, the Mothercare staff were trying to remove the security tag off the packaging, only to find out that we can't use this product yet as we will have to go back to the store to have the security tag physically removed from the product itself. As it wouldn't be a good thing to set off alarms at almost every single shopping retail outlet. We didn't have to buy the infant insert, as our child is quite tall and heavy in size even though just surpassing 3 weeks. The intention of having to use this baby carrier when we travel overseas in a month or so instead of having to carry around a large pram. Easy to put on, versatile and practical Don't like the colour, an expensive investmentSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Love my Ergo organic
We actually thought whether buying this or then finally choose Ergo organic. Purchased at Mothercare, Ryde Sydney, our choice was right! My bub is now about 8kg, usually my husband use this during shopping time - then? my bub fall asleep very easily! He said Ergo doesn't make hurt back/neck etc, just so comfortable even for a long hours. Plus it's organic - really nice touch for my little baby boy. I love this product.
Reliable brand brought super reliable carrier! my bub looks really comfortable. It fully supports back/waist so good for heavy baby. Would recommend to my friends!
Expensive but worth to spend. In summer it could be hot as its non-front way, but usually use inside shoppong centre/ home so OK for us.

Ergo baby organic
I bought my ergo from gumtree.com new for 100.. I didn't want to risk buying a two hundred dollar baby carrier if my baby didn't like the carrier. This was the second baby pouch as after two months he was too long for the previous brand. This one is excellent. Baby loves going out for walks and the sling is comfortable. It is super easy if we are going up to the shops for a quick walk and cant be bothered using a pram. baby used to fall asleep in it for a few hours while I walked around. Best baby item ever!

Doesn't feel like you're even holding bub!
I love my ergo! Bub feels so secure in it and its extremely comfortable. its great quality and I love that you can get the infant inserts too. I use mine all the time - great for shopping with clingy babies! Have tried slings and this is def the best one.
Comfy, light weight, nice designs, baby is snug. Little rain hood is handy
The clip at the back (behind shoulders) is a little tricky to do up and takes a bit to get used to.

the best baby product ever, full stop.
me and my partner are photographers and filmmakers and we travel around the world for our work. we are often carrying luggage & equipment and running around, the ergo means we can wear our baby on our backs or fronts and not have worry about checking in a stroller or not having free hands. but it is more than that too, we can put our baby on in three seconds and she is content, close and happy. we also wear her on our backs while shooting and she loves it. our backs don't ache and i'm even lighter than pre-pregnancy. yay for baby-wearing!

en we're not travelling, we wear her in the ergo 80% of the time too. when we're cooking, cleaning, gardening and just to get her to sleep when she's a little upset. we often joke about what people did before ergos were invented... we also have a mei tai and sling, but they take longer to get on and aren't as convenient or comfy for travel. Say no to the Bjorn! Your baby deserves an ergo. super adjustable for mama/papa, a few seconds to get on/off, sleeping hood is perfect, no achinessSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent
I'm glad I brought this. But I wish there was a way to make it suitable for the tropics. I've tried the ergo performance, but I like the padded shoulders on the organic.
So comfortable! I have no muscles at all- I had to stop with a baby bjorn air at barely 5kgs, but I don't feel a strain carrying my daughter in this. The front pocket- it's a good size, you can fit a small toy, a wallet, keys and mobile in there. I find it works best if your wallet isn't too big or rigid though. I also brought the front pouch and it worked really well.
Bulky. Bub gets hot and annoyed in a hot/ humid climate. Annoying to take off when travelling alone, as you can't do the hip buckle up one handed, so you have to put bub down somewhere.
