Tricky to tie and use
Okay wrap once tied, however material length is soooo long, you cannot tie it without it dragging along ground and also difficult to secure properly (takes practice!) Not really easy to use when out and need to quickly transfer baby from car to wrap. Harness type carriers much easier to use!
Purchased in March 2021 at Baby Bunting for $99.00.

I love this wrap so much!
I have had this wrap for a while but have only started using it recently (baby is 8 weeks old). My little one has been a bit on the “hold me now” side and this wrap has been the best thing for the both of us. Instead of being hostage on the couch, I can be mobile and still have full body contact with my baby. This has been a life saver when he has been fussy - popping him in it calms him down instantly. It’s also been amazing when I have been out and about and he has had enough of the pram. Every mum should have one of these!
Purchased in October 2021.

Ergo Aura baby wrap - amazing!
When I first saw this product I was sceptical that a length of material could be worth the $100 price tag. After the very first time using it with my son I realised I should have bought it sooner!!
Pros;
- Light weight
-material is breathable
-strong
-easy to use and adjust
-machine washable
Cons;
-the material does stretch after a couple of uses, easily fixed if you tie it tighter though

Find out how Ergobaby Wrap compares to other Baby Carriers
Know better, choose better.
Ergobaby Aura Wrap- Essential product for parents!
As a first time mum it's hard to navigate through the endless sea of baby products that are thrown your way...some are essential and very useful while others are a complete waste of money! The Aura Wrap for me is in the essential/most useful category. I had been given numerous other baby carriers from my friends telling me how much of a life saver these things are and gosh they were right! However, once the wrap came into my life, I quickly forgot about my other carriers, simply because the wrap is so easy to use, its lightweight, there's no...Read more
confusing straps or buckles, I can tie it fairly quickly, pop my little wriggler in and away we go! I utilised my wrap around the house (those days where cuddles are all she wants), we took our dog down to the dog park and for numerous walks at our local bush land and the most useful place of all, we went food shopping! I didn't need to shove what I could in my pram or require an assistant with a trolley, it was so easy! I even got to teach my fitness classes with my baby when my husband couldn't get home in time to watch her. My darling little one loved being wrapped up, she always nodded off when wrapped, she stayed cool on the hot days and warm and snuggly on those cold days (thanks to Melbourne's unpredictable weather!) Overall a great product, easy to use and comfortable both mama and baby!1 comment

Life saver! Must have!
Today my little one was having a very fussy, can't be put down, want skin-to-skin, feed or just be on the boob, kind of day. I was able to breastfeed, burp her and let her fall asleep, while I was still able to get around, use both hands freely and look at her perfect little face to make housework that much more enjoyable!
It took a little getting the hang of how to get the placement right, but I just did it in the mirror the first few times.
All new mums should give it a go!

So cosy and comfortable!
I loved having my baby snuggled up to me in this carrier. It was great when he was really small, I found it more comfortable than the structured carrier especially when he was little. He slept really well in it too. A few YouTube videos Showed me how to tie it properly. Moved to the structured carrier when baby was about 9kgs

Too fiddly and impractical
Loved the idea of baby wearing using a wrap, bought this on the advice of the sales rep who said that the fabric was great because it had a two-way stretch and it was comfortable to wear. Got it home, after numerous tutorials watched, still have lots of trouble putting it on. It's doable, just time consuming and not practical when alone. It's even more difficult to get baby in the carrier, then it doesn't last long before baby starts to sag and the whole wrap needs to be tightened and readjusted again. Fabric is too long and gets tangled easily...Read more
, and is also very heavy. Perhaps its because I'm quite small (150cm tall, 48kg). Might fit a bigger person better. I've never tried any other brand of wrap so maybe all of them are like this. Will be shopping this weekend for a carrier instead of a wrap and maybe this will suit better. On the upside, Ergobaby was good about it when I told them about my concerns and offered a full refund.1 comment

Hi Romara, thank you for your honest review regarding the Ergobaby Wrap. Baby wraps have a bit more of a learning curve in comparison to carriers (which are quick and easy to buckle) and may take a lo... Read more
nger period of time to perfect the process. However, the Ergobaby You Tube channel has detailed instructions for each of the different carries, and I hope that you were able to find those. I can understand the sentiments regarding the length of the fabric especially as you are quite petite in frame - the length of the Ergobaby wrap is comparable to other wraps on the market, however the width is double that of others on the market as it allows for back carries for young toddlers. Hopefully you will find that carriers are a better fit for your frame, as they are highly adjustable and quick to put on independentlySimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
