will they accept it as it is?
A queen size mattress which has been out of the box and in use for a good while, was tipped on its side during moving house. Now that it has been layed flat it has a ridge inside the topper which is like something has come loose and folded up inside. It appears to be sewn all the way round and wonder what I can do to straighten out the lump. any ideas please. It will be well out of warranty.
Hi Margaret, Sorry I'm not a mattress tech. Some Aldi stores still have some stock for $199. That would be cheaper (and safer) than trying repair your current mattress. Thanks, Stephen
Don't worry I managed to unpick a small bit of the binding on one side, put my s on and pulled the foam sheet taught and trsewef the edge. Good as new

Pamela you will need to wait until Aldi next have these on sale. Usually every 6 months or so. Check the Aldi Catalogue weekly to see if its available and when it is get to the store around 8.30am at the latest if you want to grab one.

Do you mean 7Hrs after you unpack it? If that is your question then NO you have to give it at least 24 - 48 HRS

You can. It takes 24-48 hours to fully expand, but I slept on it 8 hours after unpacking it. It was very comfortable even after unpacking. It will keep expanding when you are not on it

Mine hasn't worked as the inner bag got a hole from the staples as we slid it out of box.If I remove all plastic will it still rise to right size
I have a faulty mattress and I am getting the run around from Uncle Bills who provide the warranty. Is there any other way I can get a refund other than going through Fair Trading because I have had enough of this as the mattress is completely unusable. Thanks Florence.
