Great grinder and quiet as well
This grinder is quiet enough to use early in the morning and is user friendly, pleasure to use and a cinch to clean without losing your grind setting.
Had a Macap M4 doser before the Atom and the difference is night and day.
Purchased in February 2021 for $1,050.00.

Excellent grind without the racket
I have owned the Eureka Atom grinder for nearly a year and can recommend it highly. It grinds accurately, is amazingly quiet and is easy to use.
The digital controls are intuitive and flexible, allowing you to set it up for your desired process. For example, I have set the machine to grind half a portafilter's worth of coffee at a time so I can tap the basket then complete the fill to minimise spillage.
The grind control knob is geared via worm drive to a sensible ratio. Once you are in the ballpark it's easy to fine-tune to get a ...perfect shot within ~1/4 turn, just remember that you must have the machine grinding when you make the adjustment. I previously owned the Saeko KG100 and Rancilio Rocky doserless grinders. Both are good machines but this one is considerably better, and my coffee making has improved noticeably thanks to this appliance. Also, it's hard to overstate how nice it is to be able to grind coffee quietly.
