This is brilliant
I use this in a High School, best investment ever. Easy to use and is a very versatile machine. I am looking at purchasing one for home use. Cleans upholstered chairs in no time. Use a deodoriser and wow. Stains out of carpets, Security screens give them a go wonder machine Kay Edgar

Powerful at the expense of portable
Bought this for home use exclusively since we have a large tiled area. Easily able to handle 3br, 2 bath, kitchen and large living (all tiled) without hesitation. Although not intuitive to use the controls, once you have used it 2 or 3 times you get the hang of it quickly. Similar to the Eurogem 4000 review on this website, the cons are that there is no gauge to tell you when to refill the water, the steam trigger needs constant finger pressure which can get tiring after half an hour, the trolley is worse than a bad supermarket trolley since it...Read more
doesn't maneuver easily and is just wide enough to fit through doorways and the large amount of attachments are easy to lose - but I figure better to have several dedicated attachments rather than one that doesn't do anything particularly well. The pros of this is that it really cleans very efficiently and holds a lot of water to save refilling. Powerful engine is better than anything else I can find on the market and definitely worth the investment. If ours broke today I would not hesitate to replace it tomorrow. Well built and although not super-domestically-portable, it's not marketed as such and so delivers what it's asked to do. The only final comment is that Eurogem have the sole license to import these machines and they can get away with very dodgy customer service, given the investment and customer base I would say they have a way to go and hope no-one sets up competition!2 comments

e trolley is bit hard but I have found a way around it . I get my daughter to steer it on the day she is free whild I vaccum as I am petite and it makes it very easy to do the jobs. It cleans fantastically. I don't think I will ever be happy with any other steam cleaner after using this machine. I absolutely love it. You should see the water quality once I finish cleaning my tiles. I believe Eurogem have new model now which I believe does have some extra features.Similar opinion? Quality build that delivers at a fair price
We have a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom 4 toilet large home with mainly porcelain and tiled areas so a good quality steam/vacuum cleaner that does the job well is needed. we have owned 7 other steam cleaners including a up market kartcha all were fair but never really delivered a good quality job that left you happy or satisfied. for our needs. After some excellent assistance and thorough demonstrations we chose the top of the range model including the steam iron (additional cost of $140.00) and off we went, totally happy customers eager to try out our newly purchased item. We found the instruction dvd very easy and helpful to help get the best from our steamer/vacuum and all the extras that come with the liberty pro steamer. After only 5 minutes of use we could see a very clear difference over our previous steamers, we scored a real winner here i mean this eurogem liberty pro is absolutely fantastic it delivers everything it says and more, i read in a previous comment the trolly was a bit wonky but i had no problems or my wife a little common sense and its great. But what really excites me is its quality and simplicity to use i mean you press 5 switches in total 1.on/off power 2.Vacuum setting 3.steam setting 4. vacuum 5. steam and another very important reason i bought was they're right here in perth and carry a full range of spare parts with a fantastic knowledge of product with very good honest service. Although its a good steam machine. I did not find it very portable. hose is very heavy and my shoulders hurt after cleaning. Although it cleans well it is time consuming. Its not quick and go solution. I love when i finish cleaning tiles with it but it is heavy to steer. I dont think it is appropriate for residential use.
Overall very good. Because of its boiler capacity gives you continues cleaning time. Cleans well

Good Afternoon Amanda, I am using the Liberty Professional in a Local High School, Cloth covered chairs have to been steamed cleaned on a regular basis, I steam carpets for small spills and stains, Cleans Security screens very well. Steams floor tiles very well. Its a very versatile machine. I make my own filtered walter for it, just use a Brita Water Jug.

Hello, I am wondering how the vacuum & steam combo machines would go on vinyl planks? And which one would be the best to purchase. I am concerned the steam will lift the individual vinyl strips .Thank you for any advice. Matrice

I have used this on vinyl floors without a problem, the steam has very minimal liquid the vacuum is very powerful. I have cleaned a very dirty tiled floor where the grout was black and the floor was not wet
What was grey went to white. This machine is designed to clean to the maximum without causing damage I use it in a school for places that can't take a pressure cleaner.

What is it like as cleaning carpets?

I have only tried once but the carpet was very old and dirty. I use this in a school at cleanup. It will steam out stains and I clean upholstered chairs with it.
I have also cleaned Security screens with it. I do a lot of tile and grout areas with it. It is a matter of trial and error but I would not be without it. It is worth the money to buy one.
