    I accidentally broke one of the glass panels in my 6 month old euromaid double oven door. I ordered the spare part from my Local appliance spare parts supplier. After they were sent the wrong part twice (taking 2 months) they wiped their hands of it and told me to deal directly with euromaid. I found them very curtious alas I have now been waiting 7 months and still no glass panel or new door. Absolutely frustrated disappointed and fed up, no oven for 9 months



    Purchased at Domayne NSW for A$1,499.00.

    Oven Racks

    The oven racks are very flimsy. I put a crockpot casserole in the oven and the racks are not strong enough and have buckled, even a roast makes them bounce and sag. The food cooks nicely and the options for cooking are good. Stronger racks are a necessity not safe.

    Purchased in oct 2016. Had it for 6months and the double oven is amazing. Use it for everything from roast to baking. Love the push button controls. Easy to clean.

    DS2 wall oven cooks too hot, 180c cooks too hot, would burn everything so lower heat but then I overcook food as it does not look cooked, please help.

    I cannot change the time on the clock. The power went out and when it came on the clock started from zero. It is now showing 4.30 and the correct time is 1000 and I cannot change even by following the manual
