unfortunately this dishwasher is no longer available, EDWB14S would be the closest model :)
Such good reviews Mitch, is it just a marketing thing or was there other reason to supersede it? Reviews not so good for the EDWB14S.

Have had this dishwasher for 12 months without issue, now the cycle won't start. Power is on and set to 8, screen is on, power connected and water. Hit start and the arrow appears however washer doesn't start. Tried other cycles without success.

I can only find one user manual online but it doesn't have the programs or what the symbols on the display panel mean. I have one lit up, but I'm not sure what it means and can't find anything online to help. Where could I locate this information? Thanks

why dont you give Euromaid call and they will guide you they have good call centre and they will resolve your query. Its very difficult to response to your question without knowing what symbol you are getting.

I am using my new dishwasher for the first time and it is extremely noisy, it sounds like the washing arm is loose or hitting on something. Had to increase sound on radio so I could hear it. What's doing? Any ideas?

Thank you for contacting me. Wow? never had that problem at all. When I stack my dishwasher I always check that the arms are not touching anything eg, if plates are going to hit the arm etc..The only time that mine might be a little louder than normal if it is not totally full.
The huge baking dishes and my Breville Fry Pan ( Which is here on my reviews ) I might wash on their on own ...but never had noise that loud that you are experiencing. (Really weird) Just check after you load it, spin the top arm and the bottom and check.
Sorry I can't be more help, but mine is perfect.
Forgot I took out the top cutlery tray as I don't need it, I just use the basket as it gives me more room on the top rack, for larger items also. Really found that to be not really useful to me anyway.

First thing to do is run the appliance without any dishes in it.
If the noise is gone, then check how you are stacking it! If the noise is still there, please contact us on 1800 444 357 so that we can assist you further.

However, be aware that the machine will produce more noise when in use if the top is removed.
