Does what is intended
I've had this oven/cook-top since I moved into an apartment in February 2018. The cook-tops take time to heat up, but they reach quite a high temperature. However, depending on the shape of the utensil, the heating might not be even (workaround is to keep stirring/moving the food being cooked), but the food turns out okay. I have not used all the modes available for the oven, but the fan-forced option is perfect for almost everything. The conventional grill method works too and preheating doesn't take too long. Food is evenly cooked in the oven...Read more
on all sides. If something burns in the oven, there is a small smoke vent which I think is really useful. Word of caution though, using just the oven can get the cook-top hot, so refrain from contact, or placing plastic containers.

Euromaid up to Industry Standard Not Really
Have had this electric oven and cooktop since new, in a new house. Gets extremely hot, it may cook a roast for you today, burn the next one not cook another one later on. Have had it checked under warranty and apparently up to industry standard as it operates within the plus or minus 10 degree range. Today the last straw pretended to cook but simply warmed the meal. Increased the temperature on fan forced by still not hot. Original list price was $1799 marked down to $1099 now equivalent is $899 in just over two years tells you something about the item. Out of the all the items purchased for a new house, it has been the only failure and frankly another euromaid is not an option.
