This item was brought brand new and was faulty from the beginning. The thermostat did not work and the oven burnt everything, the igniter on the stove top or oven did not work either and we had to use a lighter. Warranty fixed the thermostat and igniters on the stove top but the one in the oven still needs to be light with a long bbq lighter. Another problem is that the oven will quite often turn itself off during cooking (so very frustrating if you put a roast on and when you go to take it out it is still raw.

Purchased a month ago brand new and outer casing started to crumble and then that was replaced with a new one then the supposed to be new product is faulty light on top stove element light stays on technician came today and fitted wrong new element now we have to wait long
So brand new product needs fixing straight and repairs can’t even get it right
Fact is have I brought a lemon considering the reviews somewhere we’re good when I did my research other then hassles it has quick heat but concerns about longevity of this product

How long should this fan go for after you have turned the oven or grill off, I rang the warranty number and they said heat may be a factor, it has been 40 t degrees here for a number of days the fan goes for about 2 hours after oven or grill is off it drives me crazy not to mention burning electricity

The oven thermostat does not work. Set the temp to 120 and it heats up to 220. Have been waiting over a month for it to be repaired. They keep sending the wrong part. Service Manager will not contact us. Their system is conveniently down. Next step Channel 7 maybe they will listen to our story and get something done so we can have a nice Xmas too.

This is a great little stove. I particularly like the wok burner which is really hot compared to my old chef. The oven is efficient and I can now bake pies that are evenly golden brown without having to shield the outside of the crust to prevent burning.
My only gripe is that the tines on the hob are quite widely spaced and my espresso coffee pot only just balances, so I end up using the ring from around the wok burner on top of the hob to prevent it from falling over.

I love the way the oven bakes & all my cakes, pastries, scones, sponges etc come out cooked very evenly. There are no hotspots or uneven cooking everything bakes & browns evenly. It is very easy to clean the oven & the stove top is also very easy to clean with every part easily removable to wash. It's fanforced but only has 1 shelf in oven but the company has kindly offered to send me another one as well, which will make me 100% happy with my purchase.

Have not actually used it except to heat up a pie. We were a bit surprised to find it only has one shelf in the oven. I would not like to rate it for use as I said we have not used it much. Really need a second shelf in the Oven. Good news I have just had a call from Euromaid and they are sending us out another oven shelf. Quick service.

This is a good cooker but I think the top burners are slightly wrong. It has the two medium burners at the back of the hot plate when I think it is more usual to have the low or slow one at the back and the high one and one medium burner at the front.
The oven is easy to use.
The auto lighting system is good.
We have only had this unit for six weeks but so far cannot fault it except for having to get used to holding in the knobs for a few seconds when lighting a burner or the oven.
We have not yet use the grill, but it is and electric unit and not gas.
The cooker was bought for us as a Christmas present from our children as the old stove had a very faulty oven.
