Euromaid HTL80

We bought this machine from Appliances Online and even after having it replaced are still waiting for it to be fixed from 15/1/2020. With four children this is not acceptable. It doesn’t spin, jumps all over the place and the highest the water goes is half way up the filter. Will never buy again

Horrible machine that leaves your clothes no only tangled together but covered in lint, resulting in more work in the backend when you are folding or ironing. I will not purchase another appliance by Euromaid as if this is the standard of quality the bar must be horribly low.

Having the same issues as Karl and Gleresa - water level/sensing. Customer care asked the ridiculous questions of where was the water hose sitting; water pressure etc - the machine does not fill properly. Service technician said I should use auto settings WT? ... 8 settings for various washes and I can use 1??? Customer care requested photos for the technical department, sent them and surprise - they never got them. Sent again, still no reply. Phoned, no answers - no callbacks. Today the 1800 number would not answer, so I ring the 1300 - I asked to be called back as I am not going to sit on hold on a 1300 - guess what .... no return call. If this is customer care .... very disappointed. Maybe waiting for me to give up ??

Wont spin no matter what setting I use or if I reduce or put more cloths. Started banging on the sides and now wont spin at all. Third time now.

I wash 2 loads of washing a day - we are an active family! This washing machine is noisy, clunky and simply ties all my clothes into a knot. It is so hard on our clothes and the quickest cycle is just over an hour. I have been patient with it - tried putting in less clothes and then more clothes in a wash - end result - terrible. Do not buy. I have tired to make it work over the last 6 months - I give up and will buy a new machine.

This machine from day one has never put enough water in to wash clothes,even on the highest water setting there is not enough water to cover even half a load. The clothes come out so tangled and knotted some have been damaged pulling them apart.As i can not afford a new machine I'll just have to deal with it for a while but would never buy a Euromaid product again

This failed under warranty at Christmas last year and it took weeks to replace it, Like clock work it has failed again. I will never buy this machine again. I am now in a position without a machine with 3 children, I am hoping that I can get some response from Euromaid.

Unless you want a washing machine that sounds like a jet turbine engine has dropped its bearings and is ripping into the casing then this is the machine for you. My neighbours 2 doors up from me asked me what the hell the terrible banging sound was that comes from my place every morning, I didn't hear them actually ask the questions due to my industrial deafness I have from having this machine in my house. Terrible, terrible machine, useless piece of junk.

I have all the same problems that you were having.
The machine won't spin and the drum jumps around and smashes into the side of the cabinet and i end up having to hang my clothes out soaking wet.
Shame on you Harvey Norman for selling this crap to your customers.

Have had it repaired as it will not go through the cycle, always is unbalanced & makes a banging noise, not filling up all the way, & leaks water from bottom, it is level still doing the same things we have to take the washing out before the spin cycle has finished & hangout dripping wet. The repair man is supposed to come back to look at it again but no he hasn't.
Not happy with this washer & I will get my money back if it is not delt with soon.

Had this for 2 months and then it broke .repair man came out said it was the panel .replaced panel, but it wasn't the panel motor blew up.didn't fill properly on wash cycle. Never again will i purchase euromaid crap. Got a new lg frount loader and cant even hear it rinning

Machine stopped after 5 weeks. Repairman came out and said it needed a new control panel. Today the control panel was fitted. I was told that now the motor is also faulty and I must wait for that part to arrive. In the interim I shouldn't use the machine. We had the machine for 5 weeks before it fell apart. I want a new machine. This is completely unacceptable. It's been 2 and a half weeks that I haven't had a machine and now it could be another week...month!

The worst washing machine ever. Lasted 5 weeks and it broke . Have now been waiting weeks for a part and will never ever buy another Euromaid washing machine again. It is also very rough on clothing. I hate it. I am tempted to take it to the tip and buy a different brand.
