Euromaid front loader wm5 keeps pausing in cycle and always have to hit start but continuously pausing and never finishes cycle

I broke the hinge on the door and brought a new one I took the door of but I am just wondering how to get the broken hinge out what screw driver do I use for those screws

Hi, just now the door hood clamp spring came off the door, and we can’t figure out how to put it back on. Could you tell us how to do that as well as to properly align the door hood?

Just finished the 39 minutes wash cycle and can't open the door

My washing machine has been stuck on 1 minute cycles and will not drain... my clothes has been stuck inside as well and unable to get it out.

Washing machine just fills with a little water and then goes straight to end have turned it off and removed plug from wall. It does this in all cycles any suggestions

My new Euromaid WM7 does not want to spin or drain the water from the machine. We have cleaned the filter and restarted the machine but it will not spin the water our or drain.
The filer and drain are also so close to the floor is nearly impossible to get anything under the outlet to let the water drain from the n]machine.
I’m trying to get in contact with the people to service it but no one answers the phones.

We've had our WM7 for about 5 years. It leaks occasionally when there is a light load in it but, apart from that, has been pretty good value for money. For the last 2 weeks we've had an issue when using any wash but, primarily the "Synthetics" (@1200 and 30 degrees) whereby the cycle runs from 54 minutes down to 6 minutes and then just keeps spinning the load with water in (washing), making no attempt to intake water or to drain it and hence not spin dry either. The only way to get the water and ultimately, clothes out, is to hold the cancel button for the required 3 seconds, wait about 5 to 10 minutes until "End" is displayed. Then we can change it to a "Drain and Spin" to get the water out and spin the clothes. I've checked it's not a blocked water pump filter and the water drains fine when the machine can eventually be set to a Drain and Spin cycle. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi my wm5 has started leaking during wash cycles..there is no leaks from hoses..can you PLEASE help me identify the problem..thanks

my euromaid wm7pro is stuck on wash cycle. just continues to wash on any setting until 1min shows then continues on wash cycle.

My machine has stoped working and now has a symbol of the tap with a line through it even though the water is switched on and the hose has no blockage

Hi my name is Buks, I live in NarrabriNsw Australia. I have a Euromaid WM5. All of a sudden my machine electronics is stuck on 14sec spinning cycle. I have tried to reset it but it just goes back to the 14 sec. The door will lock and then the water pup will come on and stay on. The washing cycle just won't come on. Any suggestions or do I need to take it in to be looked at. Regards Buks

My front loader won't wash or spin. It fills and empties etc. But no movement. The belt seems ok.

I have tried several times your switch off method and restart
My door still will not open

Hi, every time when washing a full load, during the cycle, water comes out from the fabric powder/softener compartment. Any ideas what might causing this?

Good morning, I received my new Euromaid 7kg FL washing machine yesterday, when going through the spin cycle it make a very noisy squeaking noise and my second load the drum started banging like it was out of balance. Do you have any tips for me, is it normal?

Why is the machine stuck on pause?

I have had a WM5 for (say) 3 years and about 1 year ago it started to on occassions have spectacular "leaks" with water and foam all over the floor. I could rarely, reliably replicate same. I have finally seen that when on spin cycle, it seems not to matter which overall cycle has been running, foam flows out from under the detergent tray. I have tried reducing the detergent by 90% - no difference, tried different brands of front loading detergent - no difference, even washing without detergent - maybe slightly less likely to occur. Any ideas anyone? The last time I called a service man with my previous machine many years ago, he said fairly quickly that it wasn't worth fixing... So I am reluctant to have a service call when the answer might be the same... All suggestions gratefully received...

My washmachine wm5 has a error signal,whats happen

My euromaid WM 5 is stuck and it doesn’t matter which button I press nothing happens. I have unplugged it and left it all night. I don’t have the cancel option, my button says only stop/pause. The arrow is flashing and nothing I do changes the display.
