Don’t buy
This bike is useless!
My son is 3 and still can’t ride it!
My father bought it and what a waste of money it was! Nothing has broken but if I’m not pushing he’s not moving
Terrible service, there isn’t a service.
No where to contact them. Push bar broke after 2 months and no one gave me a solution. 2 years the trike it is been storage, so hard to pedal. What a waste of money it was, this company should be ashamed. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Agree with previous review.
Same exact part snapped and now the bike is essentially useless.
Unable to source a spare part.
Not recommended.
Even when working it was not very comfortable for the child. Not a great design.

Parts fail and there is no support from the company.
The baby loves the trike but within two months the lower part of the handle broke and the left hand wheel bearing became noisy. I have been unable to get any support to replace either fault. For the exorbitant price I would expect to get SOME support. Unfortunately Smart Trikes are even worse.
My son doesn't enjoy it
It was ok to use it to push my boy to the park while he doesn't know how to turn the handle bar yet.
But once he is old enough to steer then it becomes a pain in the neck to fight with him.
No matter how stiff I tightened up the handle bar he still manage to turn the handle bar to one side but the front wheel goes the other (I was steering when he was young also when he controls himself)
Before I thought it's my son is too short or too young to use it but as time goes by he still has problem reaching the foot rest and the paddles.
My son been trying hard to enjoy this bike but somehow the handle bar and wheel upsets him
Not to mention the harness is useless. Canopy is useless.
Flawed design made to look good
Auto steer is hard to use when child can also steer, there is no system to lock the handlebars. The are pedals too far to reach and foot pegs also difficult to rest their feet on due to positioning. Child constantly slipping forward because seat is too short. The Canopy cover is quite useless as is the handbrake.
Very poor quality for an expensive trike
Had the trike for a total of three months, the cap holding the steering mechanism fell off and the base of the frame broke. When looking at the steering mechanism it apparent that the failure was due to design rather than random mechanical fault. I say this because that plastic that held it in was too small and the screws were also too small. It also lacked a good way to stop the child from steering the trike. Every time my 20 month child tried to steer i had to stop and wait.
Nice before it breaks
Poor quality construction
Very un-euro trike
This bike is riddled with design problems. Slippery hard seat that chills falls continuously forward on. Pedals in poor position making it too hard for small children to reach, once a child is big enough to reach the pedals they are too big for the rest of the trike. Auto steer is hard to use and sloppy due to poor fastening engineering. Wheels are too hard to provide any suspension type effect so the bike is very uncomfortable and hard to keep control of. Canopy completely pointless. The bike actually looks good and has good handlebar grips. T
... Read morehe fold out foot pegs are positioned so they are not really usable by child. When a child is big enough to pedal the trike it tips dangerously over at anything more than extremely subtle cornering. It seems like this bike was designed to look the part and no attention was given to functionality.
