Esky or fridge, these guys are the best!!
Ive had an Evakool esky for 18months. From new i hant noticed a gap in the seal or that the drain plug leaked. After an email they sent all new.
Purchased in July 2021 at Supercheap Auto Physical Store for $269.00.

Excellent fridge
50ltr dual compartment fridge/freezer. I've been for a few short 3-4 day trips and a 2 week trip using the fridge from the back of my ute and setting it up beside my camper van. Has worked perfectly. I use one compartment for drinks & the other for my food. Has plenty of room for the 2 of us.
I like how the lid can be lifted from either end or take the lid off completely. The digital displays are easily read and can adjust and see each zone at the same time which is handy. For example I can set one zone at -18 and the other zone at 4 degrees....Read more

Hi I have a travelmate 60 absolutely love the fridge it works very well and is coming in handy as a second freezer during the corona virus.
My only concern is it is much noise than my old Waco 45
The noise is like a swishing sound when it cycles like fluid swishing through pipes that lasts for up to 5 min every 15 to 20 min, it is quite loud you could not sleep with the fringe near by or in same room. Is this normal. As this is quite disappointing.
You can’t here it in the car when the car is running but when stopped it’s back to swishing again.

Hi Dayle, my fridge does make a sound like your describing but not to a point where it bothers me. Sometimes I have my fridge out of the car and set up beside the caravan, but the noise isn’t loud enough to bother us.
Thanks it doesn't bother me to much it only when its in a quiet place

The fridge/freezer can operate at same time, but I’ve struggled to get it down to freezing on a 40 degree+ day. I use mine as fridge only, one section drinks, one section food with the small section for dairy e.t.c.

Hey Ray - yes, the lid's are bi-directional opening and completely removable. This fridge can also operate as a fridge and a freezer at the same time!
