I am so happy that I built my first home with Express, I have had the most quickest, hassle free and smoothest building experience that anybody could of asked for.
Paul, Stef, Jo and Jason have been extremely helpful and flexible through out this process. They were able to answer each and everyone of my questions, work around my schedule and every week I was notified and kept in the loop with the current stage of development.

I absolutely adore my new Brownstone and so thrilled Paul Pavlovich and Stef Yujnovich from Express were there to help me from day one when I first saw the plans to even now after I have finished my building process. Nothing was too hard and my Brownstone is so perfectly priced, size, modern and so spacious. It feels so safe the way it is designed and roomy for entertaining. Myself and my little dog Angel are looking for many years of happy living with the extra bonus of my happy Neighbour's whom all love their homes too

My partner and I have had nothing but not and gratitude working with express two story living. The final product of our brownstone is better than I could have imagined, beautifully built and designed. We were kept up to date with any new information which was fantastic. Throughout the build process everything was clear and concise, no big set backs and we received our keys when we were told we would. The team at express went above and beyond for us, checking in and assisting us with anything that came up. I know if I build again it's definitely going to be with express and I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything about the build was good, exciting to see it go up so quickly, most of the workmanship was good and if it wasnt it was fixed, easy! Paul was always available for anything, very savvy and knows his stuff well, lots of knowledge and lots of ideas. Nathan was very accepting and approachable always. Maybe upper management could have checked in occasionally since we were the first Hudson to go up and we were all going in blind.
Handover cleaning was atrocious but we accepted and did it ourselves. We are Happy!!!!

After being in our home for a couple of months now we are so pleased with the quality, it is now everything we dreamed of. The sales consultant was first class always willing to answer the phone and help with any queries. This was backed up by a good service from the girls in the office who were also very helpful. After all the bad stories you hear about building companies, we had a great build with no major problems and any we had were quickly sorted.I would definitely recommend Express Two Storey.

I had a great experience. It was made even better as my home consultant Paul Pavlovich went through my whole journey from start to finish. Even tho his work was done and didn’t need to. This is the second time I built and after a bad first experience. My faith is restored again. I had a few small little set backs but was resolved in good time and not just as a quick fix. express two storey worked with me to get a finished product I was happy with. Massive thank you to the team. And a massive thank you to Paul can’t recommend this man enough.

Anyone looking to build a new home should really look at Express. We have built a few houses over the years and this was the easiest by far.
From start to finish the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the customer service has been excellent during and after the build.
Photos were sent regularly and all questions were answered and dealt with immediately.
Our new home turned out exactly as we imagined and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. We would highly recommend this company.

We were impressed with Express throughout the whole build process, which only took 32 weeks to complete from start to finish. Price was reasonable and choice of fixtures and fittings quite good. Working with the design team, the house was altered and redesigned to meet our needs and, as a result, the look and flow of the house really works for us. All queries and questions were answered and dealt with efficiently and to our satisfaction. Workmanship was good throughout. Customer service during (and after) the whole process has been very good, with progress photos sent to us regularly during the construction phase. We would highly recommend this company.

We took our design to Express and they made some changes that really made our home work and look so much better. The construction team were on top of everything and always had time to listen and assist in our queries.
The house has fulfilled our dreams and the after sales service through Ventura Home Group has been excellent, not that we have needed it apart from a small leak in the garage during the massive storm recently
