Rude and dismissive

My visa could not be verified correctly using their website.

Adobe flash player is still needed which rules our any Apple device which is frustrating.

Called them and then had to deal with a rude staff member who clearly had heard my complaint before form others and was immediately defensive.

All this to get a RSA..

I am very satisfied with the content and how it was delivered. Quite a lot of questions to get through, so be sure to allocate plenty time. Will definitely be using this again as I opted for the bundle.

Some wording of questions was confusing and maybe not correct. Lead me to an incorrect answer. Question 4 of section 5. Asked what bill did to calm the patron but in the video bill was the patron

The course content was very relevant with a mix of images, videos, and text. The only criticism would be that there were some typos throughout the modules. Other than that, the marking was very quick which added to the convenience of this course.

Terrible people only after your money nothing else. none of the assessor is willing to help you not able to provide you help. even if you need to need help they only say go through your course again and pay for it

I think the course focussed on the relevant key points and had a sensible format. I was encouraged to reference notes and read the course material. The standard of difficulty was at a suitable level and demanded enough effort (in my opinion) to achieve a good understanding of the subject.
