Used to be ok, not anymore
Its easy to buy their stuff, but try to get your parcel of goodies, 4 weeks later no goods. But stranger than that when I rang to find out where the goods were a filipino call centre staff member told me they were coming. Then an email that they were on their way. Today a thanks for returning one of the items email came and a note saying they would be keeping ?7.50 postage for them sending it to me. I have emailed back saying, one its the wrong date of purchase for the item the second I have not got anything to even send it back... Ezibuy are dodgy very unhappy with them
Will never use Ezibuy again
Put in an order on 13 April 2020. The description included 'in stock'. One week later send emails asking when it would be shipped. NO RESPONSE. Two weeks later phoned customer service to be told "Goods in lock down in New Zealand". Honestly why would you let people buy your goods knowing you couldn't ship them. POOR SERVICE. If I had known that I would have never purchased. Ezibuy is an online store - surely it should be able to communicate better with it's customers. Will never buy from this online store again. Very disappointed...
Do not buy from EziBuy NZ!
Placed order on 12 April and was advised it would be shipped immediately during the COVID-19 lockdown as it is an essential item. Called today and was advised that it has yet to be shipped because of the lockdown and they have just reopened their warehouse today! How about you stop making nonsense up! Saying your crap are essential items just so you can get our money and then ship it out whenever you feel like it! Please do not buy anything from these crooks!
I placed an order on April 13 and it is still in submitted stage after more than 2 weeks. First online chat advised that order would be dispatched within 48 hours and was delayed due to essential items orders and long weekend. Second chat a week later advised long delays and would not commit to a delivery date. If you need anything in a hurry, look elsewhere. The site should read pre-order rather than create normal delivery expectations. Not everything is COVID related and doesn't justify poor service.
Great store with lots of products to choose from. Good quality and great price. I would recommend buying from this online store.

One month after I paid and they didn't ever confirmed order and not dispatched
On 31 of March I paid for Classic coat and the information they send me was that the delivery will be on 24 of April. OK. On 24 of April I checked the status of my order and the status was "Submitted". Still to be "Confirmed" and "Dispatched". Pathetic. Not even a email saying that have problems. Stay clear from Ezibuy as I will!
what happened ?
I have been ordering happily from ezibuy for years. However my last two orders have been terrible, the quality and styles have gone off, the sale service is non existent. I have been on live chat now for 30 minutes, waiting on a reply, I ordered almost two weeks ago, and item hasn't even left there yet? Reading the reviews, looks like a refund will be impossible to get. Never again, I will stick to Dorothy Perkins, in England that can get my orders to me within a week !
Returns take months
Ive ordered things from Ezibuy for a while. Everything was fine. Good quality items.
Then i ordered a quilt cover. The colour in the picture and description was completely different to real life. So i sent it back.
Australia Post, send it had been received by Ezibuy, but they said it hadn't. This went on for 5 weeks. I gave up expecting a refund
Eventually, i was refunded. When buying online or through a cataloge, you need to have confidence that the company has a smooth, quick returns policy. Ezibuy's is not worry free, and is too long

What's happened to Ezibuy
I've been a customer of Ezibuy for over a decade and always been pleased with their service and returns, and up until now thought it a trustworthy company. I ordered a couple of items in a sale on 4th April and was surprised when over a week later my order hadn't even been processed. When I checked the site it said only essential items were being shipped from New Zealand until the lockdown was over. As they obviously can't give a shipping date for the foreseeable future, I wonder why they are still advertising goods in sales. I tried pho...ning with no luck, then emailed asking for a refund. I've had no reply to date. Is this even legal, to accept payments for products when they have no idea of availability, not telling you up front before you order? And not to offer a refund under the circumstances? I did not expect this from Ezibuy.
Ezibuy not refunding money or answering emails.
Sent items back for a refund on March 23rd 2020. April 20th and still no refund. I've sent several emails but all ignored. I would warn others to be very weary buying from Ezibuy as I've not got a refund or had any replies from Ezibuy. I am now $142 out of pocket.
Ezibuy takes your money and doesn't supply items
I ordered 2 items weeks ago from Ezibuy that haven't turned up, even though the money has been taken from my credit card. When I contacted them about it, they told me the warehouse is closed in NZ and they can't say when the items are likely to be provided. I asked for a refund, which they refused to provide. It goes without saying that if they can't supply items, they shouldn't be taking money from credit cards. Absolutely disgusting.
A once good company that has lost its way
I have been using Ezibuy for years.in various States and Country towns around Australia.
Always loved their service and knowledge of their product but since they have obviously, due to the Coronavirus lockdown in both NZ and Australia found themselves to be very busy.
Instead of putting on more local staff they have, like so many companies, sought to save money my going off shore to the Philippines.
Sadly the operators have no.knowledge.of the product and in some cases lack of English skills make it hard to.place an order.

All purchased items from the beauty, hair & skin range arrived damaged, over a hundred dollars of products (some in glass bottles) look to have been thrown loosely & carelessly into a plastic bag...No protective wrapping...Really just nothing, Is the worst packaging seen ever, postage here is charged to the buyer. Seriously Ezi-buy have redefined cheap & nasty, since its not like they do free postage.. Their are many who would valued working & providing much better quality service .. Wont ever shop here again
Good quality clothing and plenty to choose from
They offer clothing in my size (16) which are difficult to find in shops. The returns are trouble free and the customer service extremely friendly. I read the full review which tells me whether the item runs large or small which helps a lot.

Bad customer service. The unbelievable bad shopping experience in Australia. Wasted my Time and Money.
Missing most items and then not available. They never contact me for the error they made. I called the customer service that my missing items, they just said will deliver the missing items, but no any confirmation for this. I have to call them many times for the order and waited there. Finally, I called them and the result is not available. I could not understand how they can treat a customer like this in Australia.
Be careful if buying via a linked site.
They would not exchange the coat I bought, for a smaller size, even though it was far larger than specified in the size guide, because I had bought it via Catch. Initially, when I phoned, they said they would exchange it, if I contacted Catch, then changed their mind.
Good products but very slow
Clothes are good value. The cheaper stuff doesn't last very long but the mid priced ranges are generally ok. Really need to speed up their shipping. It can take more than a week to dispatch a item and refunds usually take 2 weeks. Customer service is pretty good

I have allergies to all man-made fibres and that's why I love EziBuy. I can buy all natural fibres - cotton, wool or linen - and still choose fashionable items.

I have always found Ezibuy purchases to be of good quality. I shop mostly from 2 name brands as I know their sizes are very consistent for me size wise. I have rarely had to return an item but when I have the process has been simple and quick. When contacting by phone staff have always been polite and helpful and resolving my problem immediately. The reviews from others on products is most helpful. These are the reasons I have been purchasing from Ezibuy for many years.

Don’t buy from this company I purchased a dress that cost me $90 which I had to return because it was to small. I have waited four weeks for a refund contacted them twice and been refused all I hear is excuses and contact us again in a few days maybe we can help you then. Taking my complaint to afterpay maybe they can get my money back. Stay away from ezibuy

Why do Ezibuy still take orders from customers when they can't send off the purchased items from their place of business.
It seems that the new owners, unlike the previous people only care about taking yiir money.

I can only totally agree with your opinion. They don't understand that this way they will kill own business since the news about their approach will spread and people will go to the different suppliers. It's behaviour which can go only for short time.
Curious as to why Ezibuy refund the smallest amount back to PayPal, yet the other 2 are still pending 3 days later? The other 2 are of course $360 in total. Only processed the 1 for $68. How long will it take to be completely refunded. Anyone know.
