Why do Ezibuy still take orders from customers when they can't send off the purchased items from their place of business.
It seems that the new owners, unlike the previous people only care about taking yiir money.
Seems that their Australian customers are not taken seriously any more

I can only totally agree with your opinion. They don't understand that this way they will kill own business since the news about their approach will spread and people will go to the different suppliers. It's behaviour which can go only for short time.

When looking at sheets the king option is called ‘king NZ’. Is this also an Australian king size?

King NZ is smaller. 203 x 167 compared to Aus 203 x 183.

Curious as to why Ezibuy refund the smallest amount back to PayPal, yet the other 2 are still pending 3 days later? The other 2 are of course $360 in total. Only processed the 1 for $68. How long will it take to be completely refunded. Anyone know.

In over 20+ years I have never had an issue contacting this company via the nominated phone number. Always answered immediately and so easy to press 1 and speak directly to one of the women on the phones. Find the majority are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the products on offer.

However, I have noticed lately that they sometimes have Asian accents which I assume means they are outsourcing the phone order system to Asian Call Centres. Calls to the 1800 148 148 number used to always go to a New Zealand call centre and the women were so easy to talk to - since the use of the Asian women it is a little harder to communicate and you do not know if they have understood what you wish to order - until you receive the invoice via email.

Find the majority of deliveries arrive at my home in 1-2 days - which I believe is a great service. Plus the tracking system via the invoice works very well.

Am I able to return clothes that are the incorrect size for a cash refund rather than a store credit? Considering buying an 8 and a 10 and returning whichever does not fit...

Yes, you can return clothes that are the incorrect size for a cash refund if it's within our 30 days return period and in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. However, if you choose a refund instead of exchange you will be charge a postage fee.

Do you mean on here or on the Ezibuy Website? If you mean on the actual clothing item on Ezibuy, just click on the clothing item. You'll see on the screen "Reviews". Click on that and then click on add your review. Hope that helps.

What s the reply paid no. I called the centre few days ago was on hold and since product was faulty the girl gave me a special no so dnt have to pay postage. Lost bit of paper I wrote it on. Silly me!!! Pls advise really dnt wana be on hold n go thru whole story again!!

I went to purchase 2 pair Stretch jeans at a cost of $49.99 each. Total $99.98. Free felivery is for an order of $100 or more. Delivery cost for my order was $9.90. How could you think that stategy is good marketing? I cancelled the order.

Wondering if anyone else has my concern. I am in my late 50's and have found that the catalogue seems to cater more for the young, thin, long legged and fuller figure people than the more mature, short,tall or round people like myself. Whilst the clothes look great in the catalogue they do not do me justice and I am forever returning my purchases as they do not fit properly.

I haven't found this to be the case. I am 61 y.o. and buy all my clothes from Ezibuy and have done so for many yrs. I think they provide a wide range of clothes for all sizes and age groups. I like to dress my age but I want to look fashionable.

I absolutely agree Alex.A. I have told Ezibuy before that they will broaden their market if all the pants aren't made for the 5 foot 11 model. No-one wants the crotch hanging half way to their knees or else the waist pulled up under their bust. Especially true for the over 60s who are losing height as they age due to the normal compression of the discs in their spine.
