Went in to find a couch for my first home with my fiance. The lovely man (name starting with K) was incredibly helpful and polite and made the experience seamless. Couch quality was immaculate and well priced! Also purchased three lamps. Highly recommend this shop for service and quality furniture.

Traralgon store was a pleasant experience, there is a great range to look at as the store is so big.

Ordered a hallway table. Called and dropped in to store to be told lies upon lies. Why display furniture U don't have? Followed up 5 months later, 4 days after I was promised it would be there to be told another lie at the end of the month. The manager stated he could not understand my frustrations, what a jerk and not a manager at all. The store is a scan and the people that work there are disgraceful

We bought a timber wood furniture set from the Hoppers Crossing store. The furniture quality is pretty good and the deal we got was quite good too.

Initially, the furniture had some minor defects and wanted to get it replaced. The staff was pretty helpful and was prompt in helping us out with the replacement.

Special mention to the staff, Jaspreet, Ahmed & Sana, who did an excellent job in looking after our concerns and providing excellent service.

Product quality not good and very bad with warranty claims. Won’t provide you with warranty card and will tell that invoice is required for warranty but when time comes will not accept invoice. Bad after sales service. Will take days to reply unless u cc to the head office as well. Won’t provide a name in email so u can’t go in-store and speak with anyone.
