amazing grip for value
i’m running these on a worked bmw 330ci, and some spirited driving, amazing wet and dry grip and strong firewall, before i had bridgestone re003, found them to wear out quick and expensive for what they are, with these falkens it was cheaper and good grip in dry and wet, definetly buy another set

Great tyres!!!
I've tried many different tyres from many different manufacturers and these would have to be my favourite...
Grip is amazing in the dry and very good in the wet too.
These are surprisingly very well priced too.

I drive a large Australian sedan with a tyre spec of 245-40-18. As it is one of the most common diameters, it is very easy to spend $1000 upwards on a set of mid priced tyres. Previously I have always used Bridgestone Potenza RE003 which I loved however, they are made in various locations around the world and retail for $260 each. I rang TopTyres in Kings Park NSW & the owner suggested the Falken, new stock, on the floor, $240 cheaper per set. I am extremely happy with the Falken in every sense. I find them to be quiet, excellent grip, braking ...Read more
and cornering is as good or better than I remember of other brands. The look very nice, and the sidewall has a lip which offers some wheel protection. I don't drive this car in the wet so no comment on that aspect, but the fact they get heat into them so quickly in the dry gives me no reason to think you would have any issues at all. As far as mileage goes, ignore the idiots who say their tyres didn't last. Pressure check for 36-38 psi, every 2-3 weeks, rotation every 10,000 kms, alignment, worn bushings/suspension etc all play a major roll in tyre life. Most people have tyres fitted and leave them that way until replacement time then wonder why their tyres have uneven & premature wear patterns. If you look after a set of tyres correctly, they should last according to the manufacturers claims. Go with the Falken FK-510, it is an exceptionally good tyre.Similar opinion? So far so good....
Just had these fitted today and haven’t really given them a chance to prove themselves completely, though my initial impressions are very good indeed, particularly being a wet weather day, the Falken FK510’s are impressive.
My vehicle is a MY08 Holden VE SSV 6.0 Sportswagon hence, the tyre size is 245/40/R19 on all wheels.
I went for a decent 20km drive locally, on the freeway and the tyres characteristics from many tyres tests I’d read became immediately apparent.
The first thing I noticed was the low road noise levels. Compared to the older F...Read more
