They are good tyre.
Lol too many holden redneck reviews on here. But for my polo gtr they were fantastic for 17"s and good in the wet.if you morons are running more than 18" then expect to pay $250plus for A tyre, don't take a stab at at tyre that's designed for hatches and medium sized cars with rims 18" or under!!
Purchased in March 2021.

Only dry weather tyres
Good on dry weather, poor traction on wet from stand still when is wet they Felt like they’re made of plastic could not get traction, tyres last me only 25000 km not even two years, and I could not wait to get them replaced personally I would not recommend them, not buying them never again

Garbage tyres (don’t do it)
Feel every bump on road, barely has traction in wet, locks up and basically skates all over when turning at low speed and low throttle. Seriously dangerous tyres.
19/245/40 fitted to an SSV wagon. Pirellis dragons on prior felt like glue compared to these. Do not put them on your car you will regret it I promise.

ZE912 equals Great Value on a heavy SUV
I'm onto my third set of 245/50/R20 Falken ZE912's on my Mazda CX9 Luxury. These tyres just keep doing a great job on a 2 tonne Mazda CX9. They'll do 50,000 to 60,000km with regular rotation, alignment and balancing at 10,000km intervals. Will even drive the car effortlessly through soft dry sand with the family loaded on-board and air pressures dropped to 12psi... ON A 20 INCH RIM!!. Pump them back up before hitting the bitumen again and they just keep on keeping on.
Replaced the noisy and ridiculously expensive OEM Bridgestone tyres on the CX9 with these ZE912's and haven't looked back. Will do it again too.

Value for money,Perfect and smooth drive
Had tried three different brands in last four years, non last even 30000 KMs,just fitted Falken and drive to snow and great alpine, fantastic grip,no vibration, smooth drive. No vibration even at 110 speed, drive on snow without chain. My previous tyre was making vibrations over 100 speed. I would definitely recommend Falken .Reasonable price with better performance.

The only tyre money for value
I have found these tyre fitted to my Holden to be exceptional in the wet and dry. Having an alignment every 8 months to keep it in check to extend the life of the tyre. I'm on my 5th set of Falkens tyres. I would highly recommend these tyres compared to the more expensive brands.

Great tyres, never had any issue!
It must depend on the car with all the complaining about tyre wear, I have a 2010 VE Commodore with 245/45R18's and have done over 50000km in 3 years (never rotated) on them and they weren't brand new when I bought the car. Due to be replaced now, but even when worn absolutely great grip in wet & dry conditions. Smooth and quiet in all conditions, never felt like they were losing traction on the road no matter how hard you push them.

Tire wear is very poor
I'm a normal road driver but these tires 245/55/R19 ZE912 for a 2008 Kruger wear very quickly. 20,000 kms and that's just about it. Running at 38 psi. Too much wear on the edges. Upside, super quite, soft ride and grippy in the dry. Seriously smelly rubber when new. Won't buy again.

Hate! I Want My Old Ones Back!
I wish I could take back my old 5-year-old tires and trade them for this brand. I also had an alignment done at the time of the installation of the new tires, so these sliding in wet conditions such as rain or snow is not due to the alignment; additionally I took my car in to the dealer because it's under warranty and they stated there's nothing wrong with the suspension, the issues with handling in wet conditions is due to the quality of the tires I chose.

Great tyres. Quiet, handles well.
I have a 2010 Outback and have had these for 18 months now fitted with 225/60/17 99H. Purchased from Bob Jane $212 each. They are now 32,000 old and still plenty of tread left. I keep them at 38 psi. Handles well in the wet, although all wheel drive helps there as well. Not too noisy on the road. I have done all onroad driving, short and long distances and haven't felt a problem. I would purchase these again.

Great tyre, would recommend.
Have had my 215/65/15 on my 80s supra, the rears get treated terribly due to the car having over 350hp, and I've done more than 30,000 kms now, no abnormal wear, looks like I have heaps of tread to go still. people complaining about understeer have poorly set-up cars with worn and/or stock suspension...I have so much mechanical grip. I paid about $130ea, much more than that and you are being ripped off by ol' mate bob jane.

Great value good grip but quick wear
I'm not sure what some of the reviewers are expecting or why they think the grip is poor, unless they are running way off tyre pressures.
I have a modified turbo sports car which I drive sensibly on road and like a madman on track.
Grip is good and predictable wet or dry under normal driving, for track, you need to warm them up first, but then still good and predictable.
They do tend to wear quite quickly compared to other, more expensive tyres I've used.
But at the price I am very happy with them.

Wore out too fast
I am a conservative driver and these tyres only lasted 20,000kms, very disappointed as they weren't particularly cheap at $180 each. I will not buy them again.

Average tyre regarding wear
Only complaint is they wear quickly - 23000 ks and they're stuffed and I'm a very conservative driver and travel long distances on highways observing all speed limits

Rubbish. Buy a better known brand.
I've had these for about a year and only covered 5000km with them, but they are definitely rubbish. I fitted four to my FG XR6 and I have regretted it ever since. Going around a small, tight roundabout at a sensible speed, I can feel the front understeering. In the wet, setting off at slightly more than tick-over causes the back wheels to spin and you look like a boy racer / fool in town. I'm not a boy racer, I don't have that instinct, but these tyres make it feel like every corner / stop / start is right at the limit of what these tyres c...Read more
an handle. I think Bob Jane made my car into a Huffy Slider. It's rather unnerving driving on twisty country roads in the wet. I actually would rate these as dangerous because it is so easy to lock-up when braking before the ABS has chance to kick in. Seriously, don't cheap out on tyres, it's a false economy. I'm looking forward to replacing them, but I need some more mileage out of them before I can justify that sort of expense. When new, they had tread and were therefore legal, unlike my old tyres. They are made from Teflon or soap or something else which a low coefficient of friction.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Lasted only 20,00kms!
The worst tyre I've ever owned, lasted less than 20,000kms, waste of $200. Handling was good and the road noise was at the minimum but they wear off like no other, so stay away. Suggest you invest into something else, otherwise you will spend ever cent on tyres. These are known to be rubbish.
Handling, road noise
Wear very quickly, did not last a year!

Tread illegal within 40,000kms
I bought a set of Falken ZE912's about a year ago and have just been told the tread is now illegal, as they have worn down to the wear indicators. The tyre on the front passenger side is starting to come apart on the inside edge. I have a Mitsubishi mirage running 14 inch rims, FWD, so I was surprised to find in the wet the back end would slide around corners and the car tried to swap ends in emergency braking situations. I would go far enough to say these can be dangerous in the wet, as all actions must be slow and deliberate. (No evasive mane...Read more
uvers allowed here!) In the dry they do grip quite well, at least until they wear, then the tyre noise is unreal! (That's how I found out the tyres needed replacing, took it in because I thought a wheel bearing was gone.) The sidewalls are also wearing badly, seem to be a bit 'soggy'. But saying this, I live where there are many winding roads and dirt roads, and enjoy fast cornering. They may be perfectly acceptable for someone who only does city driving or goes to the shops in their car. My previous tyres were Caliente's, which I can't fault, but couldn't buy again as they were no longer stocked. Good price, Good looking tyre Terrible wear, Bad in the wet, excessive tyre noiseSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Now these tyres lasted me about 25 nasho runs before the treads hit 30% ....That being said these tyres only perform good when they are HOT and thats what eats your tyres.....normal driving the wear Avreage....and fast driving the wear quickly, these tyres lasted me 30,000kms of mixture driving (fast and slow) and there is wiring hanging out of them "bould".....and these tyres still grip "OK" on the dry and sensible in the wet... The response i got back from the tyres down the nasho was a strong feeling that YOU where in control of the car at all times, and that you could PREDICT how the car was going to react through corners.... Now the trick is to make these tyres LAST for normal driving is to have the correct PSI in them.....Normal driving i was at 39PSI, freeway 41PSI... Value for money $180 a pop A bit noisy when LOW treadSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Your average "cheap-average tyre"
Fitted Falken 912's.....245 40 18 $250 a pop on my Mitsu....Cant fault them when "New"....Went down the royal national park driving "Sensible" the day i got them, and they where pretty good for 2 runs ( 1 down and 1 up), thats where the good stops.
Now the bad. After that honestly about 80% of the tread was gone...
Anyways im down to 20% tread left until the tread indicators show up.....And boy let me tell you road noise after 90km/h is Bad.......The dry grip is what you would expect on your cheap side of tyres, and the wet grip....Not ...Read more
Good....anything will now puncture these tyres...ive already had at least 12 nails in them now..... So my opinion is this Grip when new: Good for about 50-70kms of "SENSIBLE" driving after that is almost worn out....Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Can't fault them
I bought these as replacement for Potenzas on my SV6 and the first 2000km was in wet & dry, sealed and gravel around Tassie for 2 weeks. They were most impressive for grip in the bucketing rain we had on the east coast for 2 days and the ride & handling was better than with the Bridgstones, well they were worn out. I have completed about 43000km doing suburban and country driving and they appear to be good for another 25000kms. I regularly have them balanced and rotated and I would certainly recommend these tyres from my experience. I would / will buy them again.
Grip in the wet, low noise, handling, good road holding

Hi, I have a 2013 Kia Sorento and I'm pretty much in a similar situation to you. The owner of the local Bob Jane has these on his Sorento and swears by them. I'm getting them fitted next week.
