Purchased lounge for new home. Quoted 8-10 weeks for pickup so was told we needed to order today as home would be ready in 10 weeks. Paid in full. Lounge came in 3 weeks and told via txt we had to pick up within 7 days. As the house wasn’t ready yet, we called to ask if the lounge could be held at the warehouse until the original 10 weeks like we were quoted, however were told that on paper we had only been quoted 6-8 weeks, therefore were given until the last day of the 8th week to pick it up but only because we called and argued the point. Very poor customer service.

I went in store to get a office chair to start working from home, I acknowled within moments of coming into the store and asked if I needed assistance. - Going over to the office chairs there was a wide selection of stock and I found the right chair for me. The area was clean and easy to move around. Thank you for a great experience!

Was very happy with the range and price of the furniture. The customer service was exceptional. Everything was made very easy, from selecting fabrics to organising delivery. Will certainly be back.

Had to drive further because my local store didn't have any stock, but still grateful i got my side tables the same day. Happy with the products and assembly was easy.

Recently purchased a Entertainment unit, A large mirror and a few new lounge cushions and it makes my house feel like a home for my 2 young daughters and myself. Excellent customer service and beautiful furniture and accessories.

Store navigation was easy there was a good variety of furniture. We had issues with the assembly but the store offered to swap over the item for us so all was good.
