This mattress ( sleepapedic queen firm) it was recommended by the sales woman as the best in store. It was indeed very comfortable, however very hot, smells awful and very heavy and consequently hard to make the bad. I have just wasted $900 as I can’t keep it

Went in to the Preston store to purchase the Como 3 drawer for my boys bedroom. Couldn't find it on the floor but within minutes we had help from a staff member and we'd purchased it within minutes of arriving. It was that quick and simple. (She explained the Como had been so popular it had sold out but they had them in the bay out the back so I was able to pay for it and pick it up within minutes). A very easy and satisfying experience.

Great service, excellent products and assembly was a breeze. We have two teenage boys who both now have upgraded bedrooms, that look great and are practical for there needs and clean and tidy with a modern and fresh look that makes us happy.

The store was well organised. The store had the items I was looking for in stock. For the ones they did not, they confirmed that they could get them for me. The quality of the products were better than the competition. I did not mind assembling furniture. It was a fun activity.

They have not replied AT ALL. Mattress sagged in a matter of 3 weeks. And now customer care don't seem to bother one bit. Horrible after sales and high 'Don't care unless its a sale' feature.

Friendly, patient and helpful staff. Great range of quality products that were easy to assemble. Fast delivery. Was easy to find exactly what we were looking for in the showroom.

This store needs a better process to manage items that have been returned because of damage. It seems that they re-sold an item (to me) that has been returned by a previous customer.

A screw hole collapsed when someone tried to use a powertool to put the screws on, with the damaged screw still left in the hole. There were also 2 missing screws.

The packaging was also different, compared to the new stock i received from the Thomastown store.

Great affordable furniture, if unsure of the materials that you will get simply go and check them at the showroom. You will like them. If they dont have it in stock then The waiting times they gave us were just a week, thats great.
