We took our kids in for new beds, they have never slept better. The staff were so helpful, patient and friendly while we made our choice. Their product knowledge was great

We went there to buy a dining set that we saw online.. Unfortunately it was sold out.. But the friendly employee Marie was so helpful that we ended up buying our coffee tables from there

I bought a range of Havana products from fantastic furniture most of which I’m very happy with. Although I did buy a King Bed. We assembled the bed as per the instructions and ensured it was all done tightly and correctly. It was squeaky for a week. Today we went in again and tightened everything up, it was still very squeaky when we were ‘moving’ on the bed.

I love the look of the Havana range and have it throughout my whole house the bed is just so squeaky though it’s flimsy. My partner is doing some reinforcements to fix the problem but you shouldn’t have to.

Very good place to buy new furniture or to get a new mattress...im happy with the service i got and will definetly be going back for more ..love fantastic furniture

I am a first time home owner and found lots of great furniture that did not break the bank. A few items not in stock only took 2 weeks to order in.

Bought a Plush Mattress for $999 1 year and 9 months ago and it's lost all its support even with us following the Mattress instructions it still had no support after only this short time, a Mattress should support you for 5 to 8 years.
We asked for our Warranty back and the claims department asked for so many pics before they declined our claim.
We were in total discomfort from aching lower back, hips and ribs the proof was there but No Go.
Fantastic Furniture your Claim Department is not compassionate or understanding.

Store was easy to nativate though staff were fine. The first item we wanted they didn’t have in stock, so we went with another but only had two so had to go to another store to get one. Once home they were harder to put together then ikea furniture nothing line up and there was a chair that had one leg longer then the other . $99 each and we bought three you would think they were not be so hard and would measure up properly. One angry husband currently trying to put them together not going well.

Everything about this store is amazing from the layout to the management but most of all the biggest reason I continue to return is because of the effort and willingness your team put in to assist customers needs and I take my hat off to you, well done and keep up the good work

Great range of furniture and storage, st affordable prices, and staff that are always happy, helpful and polite. Really could t ask for a better experience, I just wish all in the “online only” furniture that is on the website, was also available in store

The store I visited was easy to navigate and locate the item I was after. Staff asked what item I needed, what colour was I looking for, was there anything hing else I was interested in and were very friendly. I was extremely happy with the customer service that was provided.
The item is for a Christmas gift so it hasn't been opened or assembled yet but I have previously purchased items that needed assembly and the instructions were very easy to follow and have been assembled with ease and the quality has been great.
