Customer Service here in Australia sucks! I emailed someone to replace my unit due to a faulty unit but they never follow through unless you call them. [name removed] interpersonal skills is HORRIBLE! No wonder why you're not number one. She was very rude and impolite yet she has the audacity to work for CUSTOMER CARE department. Big joke right?!

Shelves match my daughters decor, I went in specifically looking for a pink shelf to hold my daughters school supplies... and the ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the pick up Bay was also friendly and very helpful. Had a great experience will definitely be back!

Used the online store to buy the Opus bookshelf to store my DVDs. I had seen it in store a while ago, but I could easily have chosen it from the photos on the website, with clear and accurate information. Click & collect system was very straight forward. I ordered at lunchtime and it was ready to pick up about an hour later! Assembly was easy and instructions simple to follow. It’s perfect for what I wanted, and at $39 is excellent value.

Was served by a great bloke who helped me select my products and arranged for me to collect it straight away. I took it home and had no trouble in assembling any of it, which is a very rare thing indeed!

We found what we wanted without any problems. Sadly the item was not in stock due to the COV 19 and we will have to wait more than a month for delivery. It would be nice if Fantastic could stock more Aussie made products. We have bought lots of pieces here and hopefully our office chair will be just as good as the others.

On two visits to the Capalaba store in the last month, I was able to get what I wanted but never felt welcomed by the staff. On my visit today there were three staff and I was the only customer!

I am happy with the my online purchase of some indoor products from Fantastic Furniture. There were plenty to chose from. Purchase process was straight forward, there was quite few payment options.

Overall easy experience. The rug was displayed and we where to located it. We brought it home and it was easy to unroll and it look great in our office. Highly recommend.

Can’t fault a thing from service to product to delivery all the way through the furniture I purchased looks amazing if I say so my self delivery was prompt and a smooth transaction with the drivers arrived on the date and day I requested customer service on the phones were very professional and courteous
