Efficient, fair and empathetic.
Good value policies, I have used several times. Fast Cover were efficient, fair and empathetic when dealing with a claim. Online claims process was very clear and straightforward. I will use them again and would recommend them.

Worst insurance company!!!
WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!!! I'm writing my first ever negative review and if I would give this scummy company 0 stars if I could. I submitted my claim and got a follow up email saying they would respond within 10 business days, at the end of that deadline fast cover requested more information (most of which had already been provided). After waiting more then 2 months from when I first submitted the claim I got back a negative outcome.

st common reason for flight cancellation). You would think that this should surely be covered by comprehensive travel insurance especially when paying $700 for a 2 month trip. THINK AGAIN!!!! They advertise to cover up to $50000 in trip disruption expenses and unlimited for trip cancellation expenses but make sure you read the fine print as this only if your flight has been cancelled because of hijacking, riot, strike or natural disaster. It's almost laughable because the chances of any of the above happening are extremely unlikely. It's crazy to think that financially we would have been better to not even have insurance at all. I also would've saved myself one HUGE HEADACHE, a lot of stress and many hours in phone calls and emails. Extremely disappointed with this service and will be sure to share my story and thoughts with as many people as I can.

Whilst PDS’ are lengthy documents, they are written to include all possible scenarios, so travellers are aware prior to purchasing their policy, what is and isn’t covered. As a general rule, if something isn’t specifically mentioned in the PDS as being covered, then it is NOT covered. We’ll do everything we can, but ultimately it is up to you as the traveller to determine whether the policy is right for you and your circumstances. We have purposely designed our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) without any fine print so that nothing is ‘hidden’. All wordings in the PDS are in the same size font so answers to your questions are easy for you to find and understand. We’ve been working hard and as fast as we can to help 1000’s of travellers affected by COVID-19 come home to Australia, change travel dates and put policies on hold. We’re sorry on this occasion we weren’t able to settle and pay your claim as fast you’d have liked. Simplicity
Good value, and easily read PDS with bold sections making understanding easier.
First time used, previously with TDI, but after a simple claim on an obviously broken suitcase wasted my time and effort (as TDI intended) I wouldn't waste my money on those type of underwriters.

Great value for money
Great value for money, busted my shoulder two years ago, no hassle reimbursements and advice. Easy communication, advice and instructions on seeking medical assistance submitting claim and receiving fast remuneration for expenses.

Super easy to use website and the wording in the PDS is easy to understand so you know exactly what you are covered for. I bought cover for my Canadian IEC visa and it seemed the best cover available for this particular visa.

Lodged a claim due to inclement weather
Initially chose fast cover because they offer the best coverage for adventure sports (in my case heli-skiing). First time I used fast cover I had to lodge a claim. Glad I had it. Claim got processed fast with no hassle. Haven't had to lodge since but always come back to these guys now.
