The policy was easy to set up. They all are. The real value of a policy is shown when trying to make a claim. I nearly didn't attempt to make a claim, as it was related to an early return to Australia due to the COVID pandemic. I was really impressed that Fast-cover quickly confirmed that they did not have to cover this situation. However, they would take all of the details and consider individual cases. The claim was settled very fairly and in a timely manner. Great service.

surprising when I first booked I was help out but wasn't right but when Margretta help me and so out the problem . I have always used the Fast cover every trip we have been on more than 15 cruises

We haven't used Fast Cover before however, it seems that your company is slightly more understanding of the older generations ie those who are over 65yrs.
It is a shame that random cut-offs e.g. >64 and you are no longer able to take out annual (multi-trip) cover; time limits prior to taking the trips when you are unable to initiate the policy etc. are non-negotiable with most travel insurance companies. However, Fast Travel did allow us to take out a policy for a trip scheduled for a year's time.

I complained after my initial travel claim was rejected. I have now been compensated. I have to say that the process was a little confusing, I was engaged in email exchanges with a total of five fastcover representatives but I'm now satisfied with the outcome. Thanks guys.

Have used fast cover many times now but still get quotes from other insurers to see if they are still competitive. For couple of pensioners with out expensive luggage, jewelry etc. we find the standard cover adequate as it has unlimited medical which is our main concern. Bigger discounts for regular non claiming customers would be nice and the 2000 excess for healthy over 80's a bit steep. Looking for cover again in new year and doubt we would change from fast cover.

I love how it was very simple and easy to understand. Even the PDS is very easy to understand compared to other Insurer's PDS. Very affordable and really easy to set up. I also love how PayPal are one of the accepted methods of payment.
