Never Attempted Delivery
Terrible company, with terrible delivery drivers. Had a package on the way, driver never rang the doorbell to even check if I was home, just left a calling card (no attempt to actually deliver, pure laziness). The item was then dropped at a BP service station 3KM down the road, despite the many much closer drop points right across the road in the shopping centre. I had to leave self isolation to drive 3KM to said service station to pick up the item. Absolutely useless!
Second package is still "onboard with driver" with "delivery due today" from 2 business days ago, hasn't showed up. Expecting another slip in the mail with no attempt at delivery. Shame on you Fastway, employ some competent people who actually do their jobs!

Very poor courier company.
I was waiting upon a parcel from Banggoods.
Fastway was the courier company.
They left the parcel at my unit block where there was no safe place to leave.
This company was to lazy to take it to the post office and leave it there as a safe place.
Fastway have stated they do not really care for the matter and do not wish to compensate myself for the loss of my parcel which i had been waiting on.

Never rang bell left in unsafe place at units
Left out front of block of 64 units not in letterbox n never rang bell. Bell is right near letterbox and front door I could have remotely opened door to put it safely inside but no why let the customer know it’s there let someone pinch it! My husband noticed it on his way out otherwise we would never have known it was there. At least they delivered it within three days which is a nice change.

Depends on personal experience
I read comments about fastway after finding out that the tracking number just keeps not working for 2 days.
I got worried and contacted the seller. They sorted quickly with Fastway (Dandenong, VIC) and the tracking number works, stock comes the day after. Kudos to the seller. Stock was left on a safe place (I was asleep in the morning so don't know if they tried to call us out or not). This is good enough for our house.
In conclusion, I think they need to improve on their notification system because for some customer, like me, I don't mind waiting an extra 1-2 days (not too long delay of course). What's important most is that I need to know when it's coming so I won't have to go to the warehouse to pick it up.

Don’t care and No common sense
Fastway has to be the worst delivery company.they placed my parcel at a where it could be easily stolen,a place anyone can access which resulted in my expensive package being stolen.Absolutely no common sense.Do not trust this company as they are lazy to call or knock your door.

Useless company to deal with
Useless company to deal with. My item was picked up from St. Albans Victoria pick up point by unknow person. Customer service said that the parcel was picked up by me. I said to them It wasn't pick up by me or any other authorised person and if your system saying it was me please give me a proof as a my signture on the day of collecting the parcel so finally their made other ticket. tried to send emails to them regarding of the progress of my enquiry and only what I'm getting from automatic email response replying "Please be advised we have received your request, and will be in touch within the next 2 business days to advice of further action". Terrible service and communication
my item got from Melbourne to Brisbane hung around Brissy for a day or so then wham returned to sender,when I contacted the company they said they don't deliver to my area ?????? What the ........ why did they accept the item if they didn't deliver to my area, and why didn't they contact me or the sender.this the second time this has happened. STAY AWAY from this company

Rude customer service Bendigo
Was told I had to drive half hour to pick up parcel from depot ( expect delivery to my door?) When I questioned this was yelled at by woman fastest representative and before opportunity to resolve, sent parcel back to sender- for a second time. Very very rude and unhelpful

Absolute dirt
Sender sent three parcels via Fastway. Driver has only delivered 1 of 3 parcels and confirmed delivery upon leaving. Sadly after reading all these reviews, that's probably the only piece that will come.
The items should be delivered how they were received by the sender - together.
Not impressed, completely unacceptable.

I have never dealt with such an incompetent business.
First of all, I received a SMS stating they just tried to deliver but there no one was at home. This was a straight lie, the whole family was home and have been home under the lockdown for weeks (I double checked our security cameras in case we missed someone). They didn’t even attempt delivery.
I logged a ticket, after four days I received the response ‘we’re passed it to the Sydney office’.

re-delivery (or in this case a delivery) they sent me a link so I can enter all my detail again and have the package redelivered. A week later nothing, no email, no call, no package. I tried calling but hung up after 45 minutes. I logged another case and it seems the cycle has begun again. I’ll continue to log a new case a day until someone responds. It’s been over three weeks... I'm really not sure how I feel about these guys.
I've ordered a few times in the past and I feel like I'm always made to feel crazy at their bare minimum standards. First few parcels were broken, one arrived on time. Amazon put pressure on them this time as I got a delivery notice saying this one be delivered and was meant to arrive 1.5 weeks ago. he said yes. And then he got out a camera and held up the parcel in front of my face and took a photo. I was really shocked. I know that they have proof of delivery photos, but this was the first time a parcel had ever had a knock on the door, and no consent was asked for a photo or anything. I thought I was going to sign with a signature and that was confirmed. I found the whole encounter just super weird from the lack of communication.1 comment

I just wish that I could get a holiday like my lap top battery got! I bought it on Ebay from a seller in Melbourne, I'm in Adelaide, the battery goes to Perth!! No sorry, no nothing. Don't use them.

Failed to deliver.
Driver left a calling card when l was home, (too hard to actually make an effort). I phoned to organise a re delivery because the online form wouldn't let me input my address and was promised the item in 2 days. After 7 days l contacted the seller on eBay and asked for a refund.

Unprofessional and aggressive staff. Contradictory information on the website.
Staff in Adelaide depot very rude, aggressive, and argumentative, they don't make any effort to solve your problem, they just try to get you off the phone. Conversation going in circles around the fact the parcel hasn't left the depot.
"oh yeah I can see that it says that on the website but it's actually still here. No I can't say when it will be delivered, no I don't know why it says that on the website, no I don't agree that that's misleading..."
Will be complaining to the merchant and from now on, whenever I buy online will explicitly request that they DO NOT use this company.

Zero, save yourself, do not use!
Fastway now owned by Aramex. (since Jan 20) Package went missing and was signed for- where did it go? It was coming from Melbourne to Sydney. Lost in Melbourne, yet delivered in Sydney? Makes tracking useless fake tracking Unable to speak to a person about it at any stage.

Worst courier service ever
Made an online purchase, it travelled from Brisbane to Sydney in less than 24 hours, it has now been sitting in Sydney for the past week and a half. Has not even left for its final destination. Tried to contact fastway support, 3 days later and still no response.

Should be called Slow Way!
There is nothing fast about the service provided by Fastway. Parcels sit at the Sydney depot for a week with the message ‘your parcel will be delivered within 24 hours’.

fastways deliverd my package to wrong address due to missing details of my real address which was ok before when ive received all my buys from e bay ok. at that address which was always correct before, so ive corrected that through the mail redirect system on fastways but the item got deliverd to the wrong address before the updated address got through there systems so fastways is at no fault, lesson learnt when you buy on e bay make sure your address hasent been altered or tampered with with every time you buy as this is the second time ive had to re correct it as details go missing without my knowing so my item was recovered from the wrong address no problems
