I was given a quote of $3200 for a replacement hot water system but got this done by Rheem for approx $1500 + GST for same product.Please don't use this service,avoid at all cost.How they can get this price wrong is beyond me.

Do not use Fastway plumbing. Incapable of providing acceptable standard of plumbing for an outdoor kitchen and unwilling to correct their faulty work without charging a further exorbitant rate. Also be aware that verbal quotes provided do not include GST.

I called Fastaway plumbing to assess a leak that appeared to be coming through the wall. Without carefully examining the pipes or going underneath the house, I was told a full leak investigation would cost me over $1400. And then the solution on top of that. The plumber was extremely hard sell. I got another plumber to assess and fix the solution for only $451. It was only a leaky dishwasher hose.

Please don’t engage Fast Way Plumbing without obtaining a competitive quote. I was told parts were expensive. Not true, paid 4 times what another plumber subsequently advised was going rate. They don’t give itemised invoices.

I had a 315L Rheem hot water tank replaced by Fastway Plumping for $4005 ( which is more than double the price elsewhere). I have to call them back 3 hours after they leave because one of the joints were leaking. I don't recommend their service.

Great work to the plumbers who fixed my burst pipe in the bathroom. They were prompt, courteous and reliable after coming within 20 minutes. I would give them a call again if I need plumbing services

You are fraudsters... you replaced our hot water system with a system that doesn't work... you left a mess... you expect instant payment and the system is not working... don't bother to come and charge us to look at it as we will see you at ncat...

Cheat me, charge me for change small pipe for $1200. Initially told me that its 4 hours job and finish in 10 mins and charge me 1200. Its so expensive more than see specialist doctor 3 times. Please never do any service with them.

I'm a Landscaper, we had a cracked pool pipe that needed repairing.
The young bloke came and quoted me $5,700 to repair it. I said forget about it. He asks how much am I willing to spend, he comes back a minute later saying we can do it for that price, still I told him to go away.
Ended up getting the pipe fixed off another great plumber for $300.

Would not go near these people.

From the other reviews I've seen, there really is no doubt. These guys are creating accounts to review themselves, because they know what they are doing is wrong. They charged us for work that was never done, and grossly overcharged for the little that they did do. They also misquoted, and double-charged. DO NOT PAY THEM. They will say anything to get at your credit card and then you're getting nothing out of them after that.

I think we will all have to take them to court over this predatory behavior.

Stated to my tenant that it was a big plumbing job and required urgent attention. Did not show her the terms and conditions of the contract, and would not break down the invoice for me the owner of the property, would sue the tenant if not paid straight away - amount $2,261.16.
I took the old part to a wholesale plumbing, cost retail $174.90. The plumber arrived at 10.00 am, sourced and fitted the part and was gone by 11.40 am - $1,000 per hour labour

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Totally overpriced. I initially thought they took advantage of my elderly old father but after reading other reviews seems like they try it on with everyone!

Didn't do the inspection I asked for did the wrong pipe.Came back to do the correct one and turns out they don't have a long enough camera anyway.But I still paid over $1,400 for the pleasure.Should've read the reviews.

My parents are not plumbers so they got fastway to come out to fix the problem thinking they could be trusted. Try anyone else but not this company. They take advantage of people that don't understand plumbing like my poor parents who are pensioners. Reading other reviews it seems quite a few people have had similar experiences. They were actually told they were given a pensioners discount. It makes me sick when I think how people can be like that, how can you take advantage of the elderly. Oh and they didn't even fix the problem, they had to get another company out to fix the problem.
